Wonderful Tour with Amy
This is one of the best tours we took. I was afraid my 16 year old granddaughter would get bored so I booked a private teen tour for us. We had Amy and she was so amazing. They did a Who stole the Mona Lisa mystery tour. Our granddaughter is still talking about the tour. Amy took us all around and introduced us to such wonderful art while playing this hunt with our granddaughter. You can tell she loves what she does. She even went into the book store to help her look for a certain artist she wanted to get a book on. Amazing tour and Amy is soooo wonderful.

Best tour for families
I was very happy that we booked this tour. All other tours are boring but this one kept my family engagrf. I was impressed with our tour guide Marcela. She was very knowledgeable and our kids had a great time with her. The Louvre is massive and we would have gotten lost. She took us to the important spots and answered all our questions. Thank you Marcela.for a wonderful experience!

Teens Louvre Tour with Amy
We did the Louvre Teens Tourin April 2026. Amy was our host and she was wonderful. Our two boys, 15 and 11, (and the adults) we're interested in everything Amy told and showed us. Amy was very insightful about the history of Paris, the museum, and the exhibits. The game and associated story were also very interesting. It was the highlight of our trip.
Response from the operator: Bonjour Michael, Thank you so much for this feedback, we're glad to see that you had an amazing time with Amy and it was the highlight of your trip! We look forward to seeing you soon back to France, UK or Italy to experience many more of our awesome activities. Your Meet the Locals team :=)

Great experience
Sebastian did a fantastic job with our tour. He came prepared with a fun scavenger hunt/ mystery activity for the kids that led us through the major pieces of work in the Louvre. At each piece of work, Sebastian regaled us with interesting details and history about the art. When we stopped to look at something not on the itinerary, Sebastian knew about that, too! He was a font of knowledge, and our kids loved the fun format. Visiting the Louvre without a guide would have felt overwhelming- with Sebastian, we made the most of our experience.
Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your review Smita! Indeed, visiting the Louvre without a guide can be a real challenge. We are glad you enjoyed your tour with Sebastien. We will be around if you expect to come back one day, and will be thrilled to have you again! Your Meet the Locals team :=)

Amazing tours
We actually used Meet The Locals for several tours on our trip and they were all amazing. We started with Gavin in London and walking tour of the city. Then we spent a few days with Laurine in Paris as well as Clo for a baking class. Everything was top notch and super engaging for my four kids. Highly recommend.
Response from the operator: Bonjour Robert, Thank you so much for this feedback, we're thrilled to see that you enjoyed all your tours with us, and it was a true pleasure for Dominique and all the team of superheroes to make it work! Another thanks for recommending us and we hope to see you soon back to France, UK or Italy to experience many more of our awesome activities! Your Meet the Locals team :=)

Why this scores 62
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Private Louvre Teens Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Paris.
How much does Private Louvre Teens Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $665 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Paris usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private Louvre Teens Tour take?
+
Plan for about 2.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Paris is not rushed.
Is Private Louvre Teens Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 62 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 20 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Paris, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private Louvre Teens Tour?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private Louvre Teens Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private Louvre Teens Tour?
+
Around 7 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Paris can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Paris and add a light layer if any part of the 2.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private Louvre Teens Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Paris within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Paris?
+
Paris rewards travelers who book ahead. The headline museums sell timed entry weeks out, the best food walks cap at eight people, and the Seine cruises that are worth doing are the ones that leave after sunset. Everything below is scored by the Outty Ranking so you can tell a genuine local favorite from a coach-tour filler in a single glance. On Outty we rank every Paris experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Louvre Museum Essential Guided Tour Semi Private 6 GUESTS MAX, Louvre Museum Premium Guided Tour 6 GUESTS MAX Entry Included, Paris City Center Free Walking Tour (Tip-Based). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Paris?
+
April to June and September to October, when queues thin out and terraces stay open late. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Paris?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
