Perfect Island Tour
Our day on the 4 Islands private longtail boat tour was a magnificent was to spend out last beach day in Thailand. Our guide, View, was such a delight to spend the day with. Bubbly, fun, full of information about the islands, snorkelling hotspots and culture of southern Thailand, an excellent photographer and very caring of those in her charge. She really made the trip special and always ensured we had a good time. The whole experience of booking the trip was easy and the team at Krabi Castaway Tours were very helpful and willing to allow us to tweak the tour to suit our needs. Our boat captains too, Bow and Ball were also lovely; very friendly and relaxed Everything was great and the whole team worked hard to ensure we had the best possible time... which we certainly did. So thank you all, especially View
Response from the operator: Thank you for this beautiful review! View, Bow, and Ball will be so happy to hear your kind words. We love that you customised the day to suit you — that’s exactly how it should be. Hope to welcome you back one day!

Lovely trip to 4 destinations for swimming and snorkeling and a lovely private lunch with fruit and soft drinks provided. We had the whole boat to ourselves and our own guide which was worth the extra cost. Really special.
Response from the operator: Thank you for celebrating such a special time with us! We’re so glad the private experience made it extra memorable. Wishing you both a lifetime of adventures together!

Best Tour Guide!!!
Our guide Ath led an unforgettable 4-island tour around Krabi’s stunning gems, making our day truly magical. Exceptional Guiding Ath’s knowledge shone through as he shared captivating facts about Ko Poda’s powdery white sands and crystal-clear waters, the iconic chicken-head rock at Chicken Island, the low-tide sandbar connecting to Tup Island that reveals pristine beaches, and the legendary Phra Nang Cave with its fertility symbols worshipped by locals. His enthusiasm kept us engaged, pointing out hidden snorkeling spots. Seamless Experience From smooth longtail boat navigation to perfect timing at each 1.5-hour stop, Ath ensured we maximized relaxation, swimming, and photos without crowds. He handled everything effortlessly, even recommending the best low-tide views at Tup’s “Divided Sea” sandbar. We can’t recommend Ath highly enough—book him for your Krabi island adventure!
Response from the operator: Thank you for such a thoughtful and detailed review! Ath will be so proud to read this. We’re delighted you enjoyed the timing, hidden snorkeling spots, and seamless experience. We hope to welcome you back for another adventure soon!

Amazing 10/10
6 of us did this private longtail boat trip, it was nothing short of amazing, we were picked up in a private mini bus around 9 am and taken on a short trip to the pier, no queues for us, straight on the boat and away we go. soft drinks and fresh fruit were provided. We did take a few bottles of Chang, lol, these were kept in the cooler. we visited a few Islands and stopped off at a private cove for lunch, the food was of good quality and really tasty. We also stopped in a few areas to do some snorkelling, there was an abundance of different fish to sea. When you choose this trip you can really choose the islands you wish to visit, the tour guides are very flexible to your needs. Poda Island was one that we visited and it really was one of our holidays highlights, the sea is amazing. They even had a Bluetooth speaker to play some of your favourite tunes, should you wish. We arrived back at our hotel for around 4pm, I would really recommend this trip and we found it excellent value for money at approx £65 per person. I also cannot speak highly enough about the tour guides we had, especially View, she was fab
Response from the operator: Wow — thank you for this incredible review! Our guides will be so happy to hear your kind words.

Why this scores 83
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Private Longtail Boat Tour to 4 Islands: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Krabi.
How much does Private Longtail Boat Tour to 4 Islands cost?
+
Prices start at $125 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Krabi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private Longtail Boat Tour to 4 Islands take?
+
Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Krabi is not rushed.
Is Private Longtail Boat Tour to 4 Islands worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 83 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 50 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Krabi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private Longtail Boat Tour to 4 Islands?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private Longtail Boat Tour to 4 Islands suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private Longtail Boat Tour to 4 Islands?
+
Around 18 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Krabi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Krabi and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private Longtail Boat Tour to 4 Islands start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Krabi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Krabi?
+
On Outty we rank every Krabi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Full-Day Phi Phi Islands Tour with Lunch from Krabi, Phi Phi Early Bird & 4 Islands - Day Tour by Speedboat From Krabi, Railay and 4-Island Sunset Speedboat Cruise with Night Snorkel. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Krabi?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Krabi?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
