Amazing time with our guide David
Had the pleasure of meeting David years ago on another tour so when e decided to comeback to Portugal we connected with David again. We worked together to create a custom 2 day itinerary based on our interests. Had an amazing experience totally recommend David to all our friends and family. PS David takes great photos and had amazing hotel and restaurant recommendations.
Response from the operator: Dear Alina, Thank you so much for your review of our 2 tours. It was our second time together exploring Portugal and I am very happy to also have met Joaquin on this trip. People like you make this job feel more like a constant adventure with lovely people, which is very much appreciated. Hope you can come back with the kids for a tour in the future. Best Regards, David Monteiro

Tours by David, the Son of Sintra and a Genuine Liboan
My partner Jeff & I received recommendations from a friend/travel agent to reach out to David Monteiro. We found a gem of a tour operator, energetic and full of pride for his City and Country. He listened to our wishes and ideas. He contributed his own. And I believe we hit the spot. We booked two-customized days with David. One focused on Sintra and its environs: Colares-Azenhas do Mar, Cascais, Montserrat Gardens and a few more extra stops. On another day we went to Fatima, Tomar, Alcobaca, Batalha, Obiedos. We had magical moments, animated conversations, and had some good bites at both expected and unexpected places. We felt treated respectfully (we're older than his parents, huh!) and as three people exchanging life stories, joking around and being real with what we were seeing, feeling and sensing. We appreciate the memorable chapter we co-created with David on our Lisbon area journey and adventure. We too want you to experience this and more with David as your captain.
Response from the operator: Dear Henree, Thank you so much for your review of our two days exploring Portugal. I am thrilled to know you enjoyed the way I planned our trip based on what you wanted to see. That is definitely what we aim for - creating the best curated experiences for our guests. With us you are not a number. You are the reason why we we always try to do our best. We definitely tried amazing food, had magical moments and animated conversations, which made our days very enjoyable. It is much easier when we have people like you, that enjoy a nice chat and want to learn more about our country. Looking forward to seeing you again in the future. Best Regards, David Monteiro

Why this scores 58
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Private Lisbon to Porto Transfer with 3 Stops: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Lisbon.
How much does Private Lisbon to Porto Transfer with 3 Stops cost?
+
Prices start at $150 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Lisbon usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private Lisbon to Porto Transfer with 3 Stops take?
+
Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Lisbon is not rushed.
Is Private Lisbon to Porto Transfer with 3 Stops worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 58 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 9 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Lisbon, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private Lisbon to Porto Transfer with 3 Stops?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private Lisbon to Porto Transfer with 3 Stops suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private Lisbon to Porto Transfer with 3 Stops?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Lisbon can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Lisbon and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private Lisbon to Porto Transfer with 3 Stops start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Lisbon within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Lisbon?
+
On Outty we rank every Lisbon experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Lisbon City Center Tour - The Unmissable Lisbon, Sintra Private Trip from Lisbon Customizable Dreamlike Experience, True 4Hour Private Tuk Tuk Tour: Discover Lisbon with a Local!. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Lisbon?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Lisbon?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
