5 Star Cozumel Tour with Felipe
Felipe was an outstanding guide! He was personable, knowledgeable, flexible, and truly went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable. We weren’t sure what to expect, but all four of us were pleasantly surprised. Our adventure included visiting beautiful monuments, tasting tequila, chocolate, and honey, sampling delicious tacos, watching an incredible fire dance, enjoying even more amazing tacos, and cooling off with a visit to a local cenote. What made the experience even more special was that Felipe customized our private tour around our interests. He also took photos throughout the day and shared them with us at no extra cost, giving us wonderful memories to take home. If you’re visiting Cozumel, I can’t recommend Felipe enough. We’ll definitely be requesting him again the next time we’re there! Don’t forget to tip your guides well, it’s how they make a living!!!!

Great tour guide!
Our tour guide, Gabriel, was very friendly and kind. He always made sure that we were doing okay and were having a good time. Gabriel also taught us a lot about the monuments and places that were on our route.
Response from the operator: Dear guest, It is so encouraging to read such nice comments. Thank you for being so nice and easy going. We love to have guests like you around who enjoy and appreciate the beauty of our Island. Thanks for your nice comments about GABRIEL who indeed IS amazing. We hope to see you back soon Alejandra

Perfect Day in Cozumel!
Felipe was very knowledgeable and was easier to talk with throughout the day. Not only did he explained everything as we drove or stopped at but did a great job explaining to us all the shops, food, drinks, and took us under his wing.
Response from the operator: Dear guest, Thanks for your nice comments about Felipe who indeed is amazing. We really enjoyed having you with us and hope to see you back soon Sincerely Ivan Sanchez

Excellent private tour in Cozumel
We had an absolutely wonderful tour with Oscar! From the pick up to the drop off, he was attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed the Mayan experience, seeing the other side of the island, and learning about the culture. Oscar was also very helpful with customizing our tour to suit our mobility needs. Overall, it was a highlight of our trip to Cozumel and I highly recommend!!
Response from the operator: Dear guest, Thanks for your nice comments about Oscar who indeed is amazing. We really enjoyed having you with us and hope to see you back soon Sincerely Ivan Sanchez

DO NOT BOOK, SCAM!
DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR!! Nothing but a tourist trap, all sales & no cultural experience, the tacos were not authentic. They sold me counterfeit tequila with a fake NOM and TripAdvisor will not refund the trip. Will not book through TripAdvisor again.
Response from the operator: . If we didn't comply with the NOM (Official Mexican Standard), we wouldn't be able to sell our product. I would be happy to share any necessary documentation with you so you can verify for yourself that we are not a fraudulent company, as you are accusing us of being. Sincerely, Eliot Reyes

Why this scores 71
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Private Jeep or Buggy Tour Snorkeling Maya Park and Tacos: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cozumel.
How much does Private Jeep or Buggy Tour Snorkeling Maya Park and Tacos cost?
+
Prices start at $64 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cozumel usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private Jeep or Buggy Tour Snorkeling Maya Park and Tacos take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cozumel is not rushed.
Is Private Jeep or Buggy Tour Snorkeling Maya Park and Tacos worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 71 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 50 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cozumel, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private Jeep or Buggy Tour Snorkeling Maya Park and Tacos?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private Jeep or Buggy Tour Snorkeling Maya Park and Tacos suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private Jeep or Buggy Tour Snorkeling Maya Park and Tacos?
+
Around 18 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cozumel can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cozumel and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private Jeep or Buggy Tour Snorkeling Maya Park and Tacos start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cozumel within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cozumel?
+
On Outty we rank every Cozumel experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Jade Caverns and Mayan Village Cozumel ATV TOUR, Buggy, Beach & Snorkel Blast, ATV 4×4+Cenote+Snorkeling+Beach Club+ Lunch+Sabores de Cozumel. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cozumel?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cozumel?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
