Koh Poda is famous for its white beaches and turquoise water; the huge rock in front of it has been featured on countless postcards and tourist brochures, so don’t miss the opportunity to snap your own photo memory here. The island has a long beach towards the east, where you can chill out under the shades of palm trees, swim in the sea, and sunbathe. 90 minutes here
Tup Island
Koh Tup and Koh Mor together with Koh Gai (Chicken Island) are connected by a sandbar called “Talay Waek” (“separated sea”) where you can walk through during low tide. Tup Island is much smaller than the other islands in the group, however it has a nice beach and the waters that surround it provide an excellent spot for snorkeling with an abundance of tropical fish. NOTE: The duration mentioned at each place is just a rough estimate and includes travel time.
45 minutes here
Chicken Island
Chicken Island is also known as Koh Gai or Koh Hua Khwan. Koh Gai received it's more commonly known name as Chicken Island because of a large rock formation that resembles the head and neck of a chicken. Koh Gai is a local landmark with sheer cliffs covered in vegetation on one side, while the other side boasts a beautiful beach. NOTE: The duration mentioned at each place is just a rough estimate and includes travel time.
30 minutes here
Railay Beach
One of the most popular and scenic destinations in Krabi province, Railay Beach enjoys a stunning location. Isolated from the mainland by limestone cliffs and surrounded by lush jungle, Railay Beach is one of the most beautiful and laid-back beaches in Thailand. There is no other way to get here rather than by a long-tail boat and that’s why Railay looks and feels like an island. NOTE: The duration mentioned at each place is just a rough estimate and includes travel time.
45 minutes here
Ao Phra Nang
Phra Nang is part of the Railay peninsula and local people visit the cave to make offerings to the Princess Goddess or Phra Nang, who is believed to reside inside the cave. The mystery and legend behind Phra Nang have been living with the local people for centuries. The cave is a sacred place, and everyone visiting must treat this place with respect. Boatmen and fishermen offer incense and flowers to the symbolic Phallus of Shiva. They believe that these offerings will ensure their safe travel and bring them good luck in their fishing. NOTE: The duration mentioned at each place is just a rough estimate and includes travel time.

Four islands Au Nang with Get Your Guide Longboat tour
We booked the night before via' get your guide', good prompt hotel pick up, transfer to National Park Pier to board long boat. Good Thai guide, fun with good English. 4 good stops, including snorkeling for 45 mins off the boat, and 3 other beach stops, all different and worth the visit. We paid approx £29 each plus National Park entrance £5. Soft drink, cake and nice lunch. A really enjoyable simple day.
Response from the operator: We are very happy to hear the tour met your expectations. Thank you for traveling with us and for taking the time to share your thoughts.

Fun trip!
This was a fun tour. You have to keep in mind that you are on a rustic boat without padded seats. It’s mostly a driver with little commentary but that was fine with us. Railay Beach was a highlight and a must see. We had a really nice time on this trip and would recommend it for people who really desire the “longboat experience.”
Response from the operator: Thank you for your review and 5-star rating. We’re thrilled to hear that you are satisfied with our tour. Your feedback is really appreciated and we hope to see you back on our tours!

A perfect half-day trip
This was such a chill and relaxing tour. I didn’t feel rushed at all. You should definitely choose this if you don’t wanna commit to the 10h tours that start really early. This is perfect for if you wake up and realize last moment that you’d actually like to visit some islands. Also this has the added bonus of a sunset. Really exceeded my expectations and the boat ride was so peaceful and the scenery amazing. I happened to book this as the only person on that day and it really was a worthwile experience. Poda island was such an oasis and didn’t feel overcrowded at all. Also the boat driver was such a sweet and kind person. I really felt safe and taken care of and I’m very grateful to him.

Private Half-Day Krabi Four Islands Tour with long-tail Boat: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Krabi.
How much does Private Half-Day Krabi Four Islands Tour with long-tail Boat cost?
+
Prices start at $2500 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Krabi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private Half-Day Krabi Four Islands Tour with long-tail Boat take?
+
Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Krabi is not rushed.
Is Private Half-Day Krabi Four Islands Tour with long-tail Boat worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 51 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Krabi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private Half-Day Krabi Four Islands Tour with long-tail Boat?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private Half-Day Krabi Four Islands Tour with long-tail Boat suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private Half-Day Krabi Four Islands Tour with long-tail Boat?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Krabi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Krabi and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private Half-Day Krabi Four Islands Tour with long-tail Boat start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Krabi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Krabi?
+
On Outty we rank every Krabi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Full-Day Phi Phi Islands Tour with Lunch from Krabi, Phi Phi Early Bird & 4 Islands - Day Tour by Speedboat From Krabi, Railay and 4-Island Sunset Speedboat Cruise with Night Snorkel. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Krabi?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Krabi?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
