A eight day custom tour of Poland
I am the travel agent that arranged this trip for my 4 clients. They wanted a very customized tour of Poland with time to visit family. From the first email from Tomasz he listened to what they were looking for and sent me a perfect itinerary. They told me when they returned that the tour was excellent and that their tour guide/driver, Lucasz, was amazing. Thank you GFP. I highly recommend this company.
Response from the operator: Jill, thank you for yourt opinion and all the good words about our services. We hope that another group of your tourists will soon come again to Poland or Central Europe for a trip with us.

They definitely deserve these great reviews
I have always wanted to visit my ancestral villages in Poland, so a Google Search led me to the Greetings from Poland website and their fantastic reviews. It seemed too good to be true, but our tour was everything we had hoped for and more. Tomasz at GFP and I emailed each other many times, and he created a full day itinerary that took my wife and I to four beautiful villages between Krakow and Rzeszow. Our guide was the delightful Rafal, who safely drove us to all the villages, studied our family history documents, and took us to ancestors houses, churches, and cemeteries. He tenaciously questioned villagers, school teachers, and priests, who were all very friendly and helpful. We even met a 97 year old “cousin” who knew my grandmother! Since we had never been to Poland and don’t speak Polish, Rafal’s assistance was absolutely essential in getting us to the villages and talking to the locals, since none of them spoke English. We made Krakow old town our home base and are enjoying its charm and beauty as well. If you have always wanted to visit Poland, especially if you wish to discover your Polish roots, GFP is a great choice!
Response from the operator: Hank, thank you for your great opinion ! Don;t hesitate to contact me again when you will plan to visit our country or our neighbours in Central Europe. Greetings from Poland !

Top Notch Service
We highly recommend that if you are going to Poland and want to do something out of the ordinary (or maybe within the ordinary) that you look no further than GFP-Travel. We were a family of six. All four of are children are young adults. We wanted to go off the beaten path to explore some parts of Poland. Tomasz (owner of GFP) was able to put our ideas into a workable plan. He was able to plan our meals; excursions; accommodations; and make sure we went to the places we wanted to see in Poland. Everything was top notch. Tomasz was easy to email and he responded quickly. We had two drivers while in Poland. Rafal and Wojtek executed Tomasz's well laid plans perfectly. Both were excellent drivers and we had some great conversations with both of them. Each was very knowledgeable about Poland. Anytime we wanted to stop or change something both were accommodating. The vehicle was always clean and was very comfortable for all 6 of us. It is without any reservations that I highly recommend GFP travel. We would definitely use GFP in the future.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your opinion and all good words about our services. Our drivers and guides always do our best to make the trips and tours remarkable. Don't hesitate to contact us by email when you will plan to come to Poland or Central Europe.

An Eye Opening Experience of History
We did a 15 day tour,3 days tour of Berlin and surrounding area with a local driver, Oleg and several local tour guides. A train ride to Warsaw and we were picked up by Rafal who was our private driver for the next 5 days touring Poland. He was amazing and we soon became friends. Several times he gave us little gifts and always made sure we were comfortable. When we got to Krakow his brother Lukas took over as our driver for the last 6 days thru the rest of Poland and into the Czech Republic. Equally as friendly and caring as his brother and had us laughing many times. So nice to be in a vehicle for so many days with awesome, kind and caring young men. The tour itself was EXCELLENT every detail was taken care of and the local guides were knowledgeable and great story tellers, but, Rafal and Lucas made the trip FUN as well. Highly recommend them as part of your tour!
Response from the operator: Kathy, Larry, thank you for your positive feedback, it is really nice to hear such opinions from our clients after the tour. We hope to see you someday in Europe ! Greetings from Poland !

Rafi is the best
My sister and I booked to have a private driver for our day traveling to Auschwitz and Sosnowiec. It was going to be a hard day for us as we were following our families roots in Poland and the holocaust. We were very grateful to have Rafi as our driver for the day. He was sensitive to our situation and was very attentive to all our needs. He booked us in to a beautiful lunch spot to break up the day and gave us the space to connect to our families history. He was a very welcome guide and companion for the day and made the day an enjoyable experience for us.
Response from the operator: Ebony, thank you for your feedback and all the good words about us, we look forward to our next trips with GFP Travel - both in Poland and Central Europe.

Why this scores 64
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Private guide-driver & car services in Poland & Central Europe: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Warsaw.
How much does Private guide-driver & car services in Poland & Central Europe cost?
+
Prices start at $690 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Warsaw usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private guide-driver & car services in Poland & Central Europe take?
+
Plan for about 24 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Warsaw is not rushed.
Is Private guide-driver & car services in Poland & Central Europe worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 64 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 26 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Warsaw, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private guide-driver & car services in Poland & Central Europe?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Private guide-driver & car services in Poland & Central Europe suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 24-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private guide-driver & car services in Poland & Central Europe?
+
Around 9 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Warsaw can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Warsaw and add a light layer if any part of the 24-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private guide-driver & car services in Poland & Central Europe start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Warsaw within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Warsaw?
+
On Outty we rank every Warsaw experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Discover the Dark Side of Warsaw in Praga District by Retro Bus, Private Tour: Warsaw City Sightseeing by Retro Fiat, Private Historical Tour of Warsaw by a Retro Fiat with Pickup. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Warsaw?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Warsaw?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
