Fairview Wine and Cheese
Dear visitors, as we embark on a full day winelands adventure, we select places with the best setups and the best experience. The wineland is vast and different wineries offer different experiences. While we are open to customized itineraries, we also suggest our own route which we believe you will love at the end of the tour. We will drive for fithty minutes from central Cape Town to Fairview wine and cheese estate. Here we will test eight (8) wines paired with cheese. Our professional wine somilier will entertain us for about two hours. We will get the best education about the soil, grape, wine production as well as wine and cheese pairing. You will have opportunity to ask any type of question you need. You will also have an opportunity to purchase wines, cheese or other souvenirs displayed around. The Charles Back family have owned the Fairview estate for three generations now, they know exactly what customers want. After Fairview, will proceed to Franschoek for our MCC experience

Haute Cabriere
After Fairview wine estate, the tour will continue visiting the little town of Franschhoek. The guide will stop at Vistor Vestor prison(Where Nelson Mandela walked out prison after his release). After, the guide will then proceed to Haute Cabriere wine estate. Visitors at Haute Cabriere are firstly impressed by its location and extensive terrace, affording breathtaking views of Franschhoek valley. Haute Cabriere is deeply rooted in tradition. Following French convention, the still wine is named after the farm, Haute Cabriere and the méthode classique range is named like all French champagnes, after the original owner the French Huguenot Pierre Jourdan who was granted the land in 1694. Haute Cabriere became the first winery in South Africa to specialize in Méthode Classique produced exclusively from two noble cultivars of the Champagne region of France - chardonnay and pinto noir. We selected this winery for the view and allow visitors to test the MCC(Méthode Cap Classique/Campaign.

Delaire Graff Estate
Known as the Jewel of the winelands, Delaire Graff estate is indeed that place where everyone want to visit once on wine tour. The owner and chairman of Graff Diamonds International, Mr Laurence Graff acquired the land in 2003 and vowed to transform it into South Afraca's desirable art, hospitality and wine destination. He embarked on an ambitious six years development program. The results were were extremely impressive: two outstanding restaurants, a state-of-art winery, exclusive lodges, a destination spa and luxury boutique. Visitors are also rewarded with beautiful gardens, spectacular views and a fabulous display of contemporary art. Delaire Graff Estate's location on the crest of panoramic Helshoote mountain pass is noted for it's high altitude vineyards. The Delaire Graff Botmaskop Bordeaux blend, Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve and Laurence Graff Reserve are all 5 star recipients in the platter Guide. They take your money and don’t turn up
Horrible company that takes your money and doesn’t turn up. Waited in the freezing cold for 45 minutes trying to contact them but they wouldn’t answer the phone.

Do not use
Paid this company a high premium for a full day wine tour for a group of 4. Very communicative up to the day before and then a no show at pick up. Tried calling and messaging no response from Oscar or his team. We now have to drive ourselves and hope to get a tram booking. We do not recommend this company what’s so ever. We have requested a refund and await a response.

5-Star Experience, Book This!!
My husband and I did the full-day private wine tour with Oscar and could not speak more highly of our experience. Oscar knows everywhere and everyone and was able to get us the best tasting experiences at all three wineries. He allows for a flexible itinerary and gives you recommendations for lunch, but gives you the flexibility to go wherever you’d like. Oscar is also like a private historical tour guide, and talked us through the history and significance of places we were driving through. Overall, the entire experience felt very white glove and we were sad to say bye at the end of the day as Oscar felt like a friend by the end of it. We cannot wait to come back and do this again with him! Thank you, Oscar!

Wine Tour & Siteseeing Tour with Oscar
Our group of four had the pleasure of spending two days with Oscar in the Cape Town area. He guided us on a wine-tasting tour in the Stellenbosch region. The wineries and lunch he chose for us were magnificent! Great wines, fabulous lunch, and exceptional views! We also spent a day with Oscar touring through the Cape of Good Hope, Boulders Beach, an ostrich farm, and several coastal viewing areas. Oscar is incredibly knowledgeable about the area, knows about many hidden gems, and is extremely personable! It was a true pleasure spending time with him and we feel incredibly blessed to have met him and had him as our personal tour guide.
