Truly an excellent service, recommended!
I want to express my total satisfaction with the team of INFOCUSCO, I usually travel to my air and sometimes I buy packages that require logistics like the one of Cusco Machuppichu but I must emphasize that they really brought value to my trip, everything excellently synchronized, responsive to changes and especially pending at all times with a kindness that the truth had not experienced with another operator. Special thanks to Will the guide and Vannessa for all the follow-up Excellent and recommended!

A journey to remember
The tour highly recommended as they put us a guide for the two of us. This meant that by my age (73 years) they had the necessary care such as rest, hydration and patience to avoid tiredness. Our coordinator Vanessa Ccanto was always at our disposal providing security and attentive to all our requirements. The 9 day trip was a pleasure as everything was properly scheduled.
Response from the operator: ¡Qué alegría leer su mensaje!

AMAZING RIDE WITH UNPARALLELED ATTENTION
A good idea to have chosen InfoCusco, Cusco Enterprise, to have a 7-day look in the Cusco area. Each scheduled tour proved unmatched. We did not waste time, and with the warmth of Vanessa Canto, who resolved any contingency to the smallest detail. Being aware of us at all times, so that we dedicate ourselves to enjoy the ride. Without a doubt, there were countless sites to visit, so we will surely choose the same Enterprise again, if we have a chance.
Response from the operator: ¡Qué alegría leer sus palabras!

Thank you very much to Wilder Fernández, a historian passionate about his ancestors, who delighted us with such wonder!!!
The landscapes are incredible, and exciting the encounter with the Inca Citadel. Unmatched INFOCUSCO service by Vanessa Much, who guided me and organized my trip while in Argentina.Thank you very much Vanessa for your patience 😊. The guide in Machupicchu Wilder Fernandez, did not teach a masterclass in history. Maravilloso!!! We were delighted Bauti, my son and I with Cusco and Machupicchu, Aguas Calientes, the food, and the kindness with which we were received and served in INTIWATANA and the restaurants we went to...👌🥰
Response from the operator: ¡Muchísimas gracias por tus palabras tan generosas! Why this scores 63
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Private Full Day Tour to Machu Picchu: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cusco.
How much does Private Full Day Tour to Machu Picchu cost?
+
Prices start at $490 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cusco usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private Full Day Tour to Machu Picchu take?
+
Plan for about 16 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cusco is not rushed.
Is Private Full Day Tour to Machu Picchu worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 63 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 16 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cusco, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private Full Day Tour to Machu Picchu?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private Full Day Tour to Machu Picchu suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 3. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 16-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Private Full Day Tour to Machu Picchu?
+
Around 6 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cusco can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cusco and add a light layer if any part of the 16-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private Full Day Tour to Machu Picchu start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cusco within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cusco?
+
On Outty we rank every Cusco experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Sacred Valley Full Day Tour, Peruvian Cooking Class Cocktails and Market Tour in Cusco, Cusco: Rainbow Mountain & Red Valley Premium Day Trip with Meals. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cusco?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cusco?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
