REMOVE THIS LISTING-BUSINESS IS CLOSED x 2 years ago.

Would TripAdvisor REMOVE this listing along with Viator who also lists it? Anyone awake at TripAdvisor? Business number no longer in service x 2 years ago. Notice the last review? This is my 3rd request in 2 weeks. We have family living in VA Beach and can confirm.

    Company is closed

The owner had to shut down the company so it’s not available. It was a big disappointment. I had to request a refund.

    DO NOT BOOK

DO NOT BOOK THIS! This business DOES NOT EXIST. The people from the real business at this address said the man who used to run this left town TWO YEARS AGO and they have had to tell multiple Trip Advisor customers that they booked an excursion that doesnt exist. Trip Advisor needs to take this down. Do NOT waste your time and money!

Unique experience for tourists and locals!

Amazing experience, whether or not you’re a tourist or a local looking for something fun and unique to do by the Oceanfront :-) Booked about a 2 hour stand up paddle experience with Randy for me and my boyfriend! We were pretty nervous but he made us comfortable with great conversation! Kept us engaged and there were enough breaks~ he knew a lot about birds and made great jokes hahaha. He took lots of photos and we even did yoga on the paddle boards! Thank you again! We’ll come again next year :-)

Don't go paddleboarding with anyone but Randy!

I've been wanting to go SUP for YEARS and finally got the chance with some friends. It was an AH-MAZING experience. Randy is phenomenal - we were all first-timers and he had us comfortable enough to do yoga poses (for the pics of course!) and even had us venture out into the ocean waves a bit. Hands down the best part was seeing the Rudee Inlet manatee - bucket list item/dream come true. I can't recommend Randy enough, will definitely book another session with him next time I'm in the VA Beach area.

Private Floating Paddle Lesson and Photo Session: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Virginia Beach.

How much does Private Floating Paddle Lesson and Photo Session cost?

    +

Prices start at $75 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Virginia Beach usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Private Floating Paddle Lesson and Photo Session take?

    +

Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Virginia Beach is not rushed.

Is Private Floating Paddle Lesson and Photo Session worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 41 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.3/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Virginia Beach, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Private Floating Paddle Lesson and Photo Session?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Private Floating Paddle Lesson and Photo Session suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Private Floating Paddle Lesson and Photo Session?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Virginia Beach can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Virginia Beach and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Private Floating Paddle Lesson and Photo Session start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Virginia Beach within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Virginia Beach?

    +

Virginia Beach runs dolphin watching cruises, kayak trips through Back Bay, fishing charters, boardwalk bike rentals and day trips to Colonial Williamsburg and Norfolk. Seasonal dolphin presence should be stated up front, and we weight tours that do. On Outty we rank every Virginia Beach experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Sunset Dolphin Kayak Tours, Small Group Dolphin Kayak Eco-Tour, Wetland Zip Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Virginia Beach?

    +

May to September, with dolphin season from May to October. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Virginia Beach?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
