DO NOT MAKE RESERVATION WITH THIS ORGANIZATION. Let me repeat my self, inept program, no entry point to enter pickup time, I was told on the phone that all you need is departure time of the flight? I find that unacceptable. You are charging me $50.00+ for a trip that I could take nor cancel due to your cancellation policy. You are forcing me to cancel a reservation 24 hours before the proposed trip that I was attempting to make 12 hours before the attempted trips start time, so I feel that you swindled me out of about $50.00 without making any errors on an attempted reservation, Shaw on you. I hope you send my utter disappointment in your crooked way to the Better Business Bureau. You can also call me if you wish to discuss this horrific experience of mine with me on the phone. (713-301-2593).

Drivers need to be on-time and present to pick up passengers.
When I landed at the airport I had difficulty and waited for my driver to pick me up, rather than having him present at the driver location. This stressed me out, considering that I had just had a 3.5 hour flight and wanted to get to my hotel immediately and that I did not have a contact number on the itinerary to contact the company. My return driver was early picking me up, so I was at the airport on-time and had minimal stress on my departure.
