Freezing Ride Frostbitten Toes & Fingers
My experience with M & M was terrible! They arrived late and the ride they sent was colder than outside. Our 40 minute ride to O’hare was ice cold as there was no heat and it was 10 degrees outside! They have made no attempt to reimburse, apologize or provide and professional customer service to us. It definitely shows that they do not care about the safety or wellbeing of their clients! There was 20 of us, senior citizens and other individuals who health was impacted by this incident. It’s been two and we still waiting to hear from a supervisor!

Horrible driver horrible service
Driver was late for pickup played music with vulgar language with a 3 and 6 yr old present. Never helped with bags and such. I rented the van to take us to Chicago wait and return us home. I paid over $800 for horrible service Return departure was 11am. But at 10:45 he left his waiting area when we looked. He was gone. He felt, him getting lunch was more important task at hand rather than doing his job. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!

Customer service is nonexistent
Problems, problems, problems... the absolute worst customer service. They were supposed to have car seats but showed up without them. I sent an email requesting the charge for the seats be refunded, but that was ignored. Five phone calls and multiple emails also got ignored. Finally, I had to dispute the charge with American Express. after speaking to multiple people and sending multiple emails, it was apparent that they simply don’t care. Avoid this company at all costs. They certainly don't care about you as a customer.

Great experience for daughter's birthday!
We used M&M Limousine for our daughter's 5th birthday, and it was perfect. Booking was simple, and the customer service was top-notch. Our driver was on time and very accommodating, even when we were delayed at dinner. The limo was spotless and had fun features like neon lights and a Bluetooth sound system. Our daughter had a blast dancing and looking at the city skyline. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free, making it a memorable night for our family. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend M&M Limousine for any special occasion – they made our daughter's birthday unforgettable!

BAD EXPERIENCE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
First and foremost, I’m not even the type of guy to post a bad review but this company earned this, on Tuesday June 13th I called to make a reservation for a ride from my house to Midway Airport for my upcoming international flight. We agreed on $160 and set the reservation for Thursday, June 15th at 13:30 or 1:30 because my flight leaves at 16:00 or 4pm. Come Thursday, 1:30 the driver wasn’t outside my home as agreed. So I thought maybe he’s running a few minutes late no big deal. At 1:40 the driver was not at my house, and I haven’t received a call from dispatch letting me know what was going on. In the initial phone call regarding the drivers absence, at 1:40 pm, the dispatch representative assured me he was 15 minutes away, so I waited. When 15 minutes had passed, I called the company again and I was told he was 11 minutes away, the dispatch representative told me the name of a road that I was familiar with. So I waited another 10-15 minutes, at this point I I received no explanation of what happened, and why I’m not on my way to Midway. The driver finally arrived at around 2:15-2:30. The “story” I got was that “since the vehicle is runs on diesel, the gas card that we use only works at select gas stations, so I had to drive to find the nearest diesel gas station to fill it up to pick you up” I find that completely ridiculous, a multi-million dollar company doesn’t have a gas card that they can use anywhere. But okay, the driver was kind enough to load and unload the luggage and help us into the Sprinter. The journey to Midway airport was about an hour long. Keep in mind the plane leaves at 4pm. We get there at 3:30pm. We ended up missing our flight, which tickets costed me around $8,000. Thankfully, I negotiated with airline and they let my family jump on the next flight. However that accommodation, costed me additional $500 out of pocket. I called M&M about this and they initially seemed helpful, I spoke with someone named Brian. He assured me that I would get a refund. I told him the refund is the only the beginning of what I require. Brian said he can only grant the refund, and that anything more than that he would have to speak with Muhammad, the General Manager. Which I understand, but after speaking with Brian the company went out of their way to ignore me. I called several times to speak with Mohammed and the representatives refused to transfer me to Muhammed until I tell them why I’m calling. Keep in mind this is like the fourth or fifth time I’m calling and I have to go over the story I just shared with you every single time. It’s astonishing that a company doesn’t keep notes on customer communications. I have yet to hear from anyone about my reimbursement. I’m now considering other options but for now, I would NOT recommend that you do business with the. ZERO STARS, They just want your money. They don’t care about you as a customer.

Why this scores 34
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Private Chicagoland One-Way Transfer by Mercedes Sprinter: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Chicago.
How much does Private Chicagoland One-Way Transfer by Mercedes Sprinter cost?
+
Prices start at $229 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Chicago usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private Chicagoland One-Way Transfer by Mercedes Sprinter take?
+
Plan for about 0.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Chicago is not rushed.
Is Private Chicagoland One-Way Transfer by Mercedes Sprinter worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 34 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (2.8/5 across 9 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Chicago, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private Chicagoland One-Way Transfer by Mercedes Sprinter?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private Chicagoland One-Way Transfer by Mercedes Sprinter suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 0.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private Chicagoland One-Way Transfer by Mercedes Sprinter?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Chicago can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Chicago and add a light layer if any part of the 0.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private Chicagoland One-Way Transfer by Mercedes Sprinter start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Chicago within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Chicago?
+
Chicago's signature experience is still the architecture boat cruise, and the difference between the docent-led originals and the party-boat imitators is the single biggest quality gap in the city. Beyond the river: gangster history walks, Art Institute access, deep-dish and hot-dog crawls, and skydeck timed entry. Outty Ranking leans on guide credentials and how consistently the promised route runs. On Outty we rank every Chicago experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Original Chicago Architecture Interiors Tour: Dazzling Interiors, Chicago Murder Mystery Tour, Chicago Favorites Ultimate Food and Walking Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Chicago?
+
May to October. Winter cruises stop running when the river ices. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Chicago?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
