We knew we booked a catamaran tour but we didn’t expect the above and beyond service and entertaining crew! The drinks tasted delicious, the crew was incredibly professional and courteous. Carlito and Captain brought all the fun vibes we needed for my friend’s bachelorette party! Use Caution
We were overcharged $449. We were told we would depart from the pier at our hotel, but then we were required to take a taxi to a different pier, and of course, there was no taxi to take us back. We were told we would snorkel at the underwater museum, but we didn't go there and ended up in open water with minimal reef and fish. The boat itself was great and so was the staff, but use caution. Numerous attempts to email and call the operator have been unanswered.
