Not as described

Captain was good. But boat was extremely slow. It’s really only a sail. No time on Amalfi and only 30 min on Positano instead of 2 hours as the itinerary said. Also no snacks or limoncello as it said was included. I’d splurge for a different boat

Response from the operator: Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you appreciated the captain. We are sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations. However, the boat used for this tour is a traditional Sorrentine gozzo, which is specifically designed for comfort, stability, and sightseeing rather than speed. The itinerary and timing can also be affected by sea conditions, port traffic, and weather on the day of the tour. Regarding the stops, our goal is always to provide the scheduled free time in Positano and Amalfi whenever conditions allow. We Hope to see you again...

Awesome and worth every penny

We went on a full day (7-8 hours) private tour of Amalfi & Positano, starting from Sorrento. We left at 9am and got back around 5:15-5:30pm. Our captain was Massimo (Max), and he was AWESOME! He was very experienced, and took us to private islands and caves along our journey. We stopped in Amalfi for 2 hours and explored town. When we got back to the boat he took us to a restaurant that was only accessible by boat (Ristorante Teresa), which had incredible seafood pasta and seafood risotto — it was very cool and exclusive. After that we went to Positano and stopped for 90 minutes and walked around town. We then drove back to Sorrento by the end of the day. We never wanted this day to end, and highly recommend Sorrento Excursions, and make sure to ask for Massimo!

Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback, We appreciate that you enjoyed our experience. We hope to see you again....

Great tour! (with some small suggestions for improvement)

Really fun boat tour circling the coast of Sorrento to Amalfi coast. Alberto our captain was great, playing music, serving snacks and drinks and setting a fun vibe. He was super accommodating, letting us choose our stops and giving guidance on what to skip. The lunch stop in Nerano at Maria Grazie was not that great. Food was mediocre and very expensive. They charged $5 cover per person (but every other place charges $2), it was obvious this was a typical tourist stop and they get kickbacks. One other issue we had was at 9am trying to find the boat excursion starting point. The port area is absolute chaos with ferries departing and many other boat tours. It took us 30 minutes to find them; they should have, up front, told us to meet them at Bar Ruccio which is where their table is setup. And then the owner was quite annoyed, telling us we booked a different tour (Capri) and demanding more money for our requested tour (Positano). After some grumbling, he found the correct booking and it was indeed Positano. So after being off to a chaotic and distressing start, we had a really great day after all.

Response from the operator: Thank you for booking with us. Sorrento is always full of tourists, especially around the port area. Unfortunately, while we had indicated the correct meeting point, we understand that with so many people around, it can be easy to lose your bearings. Our company operates many boats, so it can happen that there are identical names in the bookings, and we might get momentarily confused — but it was just a brief moment, and we quickly found your reservation. We apologize; it’s been a very busy summer and we’re all a bit tired. As for the restaurant and the prices, unfortunately that's beyond our control... We do hope to see you again soon.

Such a great day!

We booked this trip for my wife and I and my parents. We had a the best day. Tony was awesome, super knowledgeable, great service, took us where ever we wanted to go and recommended some amazing places. The boat was perfect for cruising the day with plenty of room, sun baking area at the front and enough shade if you need to relax. Wine beers and a cooler on board. Highly recommend!!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much.....We hope to see you again. Best regards
