What you get

    About this experience

This tour has it all! And right away! Beloved Amsterdam houses with their tiled roofs, a medieval castle and a modern one, tiny old towns that look like illustrations from a fairy tale book, windmills, a craft brewery in a cathedral, Christian churches and a mosque, military forts, amusing monuments, farms with sheep and llamas. We will also see the luxurious Amsterdam district built with money from the colonies. But there will also be a previously disadvantaged neighborhood that transforms before your eyes into a well-maintained and trendy area. We will encounter forests and fields, lakes, and beaches along the way. You'll see and learn so much that you couldn't discover even in months of living in this marvelous country. And your friends will definitely envy your photos!

Private cycling tour of regional Amsterdam.

This was a perfect way to round out my Amsterdam experience! Maria was lovely and very knowledgeable about the places we visited. I learned a lot and have a better understanding of local history and societal challenges. I felt well looked after by Maria and the tour contact, Anastasia. I recommend this tour.

Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your kind review! We are very happy to hear you enjoyed your cycling experience in Amsterdam!

    Joyful ride 🚲

What a beautiful way to spend your day off. I am really glad that I give a try to this bicycle trip, although I am not a very confident "bicycle user"😅, I think I handled this very well. We had a little pause now and then to take a break from cycling and listen to interesting stories about things that surrounded us. So don't be scared of the distance. It is super doable. Also, we were super lucky with the weather, so we could really enjoy the ride. And big thanks to our guid Oleksandr, not only for an amazing tour but also for care of every member of our group. He really tried to make this experience joyful and comfortable for everyone.

Response from the operator: Thank you very much for all the kind words! Oleksandr is very happy you enjoyed the tour!

A great Saturday out for those who want to see Amsterdam a bit beyond its central part

Fantastic trip, a great day out in the outskirts of Amsterdam, with a very fun and cool guide Oleksandr. Highly recommend!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much! Oleksands sends many greetings!

    Unconventional sightseeing in A'dam

Totally loved this tour given by Oleksandr! The route was very interesting, and it was a great opportunity to do sightseeing outside the Amsterdam city centre. I found it an inspiring combination of nature, history and modern architecture. We made many stops on the way so biking was easy, despite the seemingly long distance

Response from the operator: Dear Liza, thank you! We are happy you had a chance do discover new sightseeings!

How many days do you need in Amsterdam?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

    +
