Great Experience
Our driver was standing at the exit holding a sign with my name on it. She was right on spot. She took our luggage and was very personable and friendly. The vehicle was clean and very comfortable for the 3 of us. Without a doubt I will use them again!

Never Again
Arrived on the 8th October 2023 with 5 of my friends at the Honolulu International Airport hoping to be greeted by a Speedie Shuttle Rep For out 10am Private Shuttle to our hotel I finally found the Speedie Shuttle Rep first mistake not only was she rude but unhelpful ask where and what time can we expect our "PRIVATE SHUTTLE BUS" no reply I approached her several more times over a 2 hour period to find out when we could expect our Shuttle her response was we Speedie Shuttle have been in business for over 15 years people complain but keep coming back to our Company, my response you can only imagine ####*#* BS anyway now over 2 hours late finally got a non Private shuttle bus to our Hotel never never again will we use Speedie Shuttle again, Oh and to add insult to injury the Speedie Shuttle Rep told us maybe never come back to Hawaii again.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE ALL WAY AROUND
For our arrival in Hawaii, the service we received was superb. Very timely, and professional. There was a representative at the airport, holding a sign, to help us navigate. It was the perfect beginning and ending of accommodations as we celebrated our wedding anniversary and my husband's birthday. When it was time to go home, the island of Maui was burning. We called to see if we could be picked up a little earlier from the hotel, so that could release the room back to the hotel for those in need. SpeediShuttle Service made it happen. It was a seemless, painless experience all way around. I totally recommend the services, and won't hesitate to use them again.

Private transfers changed to group shuttle with no consultation or explanation.
After booking 3 x Private transfers for a group with 10 pieces of luggage over a month in advance, was told when I called to confirm that there was no guarantee the transfers would be private (despite me booking directly on their website and receiving emailed confirmations) and that it was likely “dispatch would fiddle with my booking” the night before according to how many drivers they have. DO NOT TAKE BOOKINGS YOU ARE UNABLE TO FULFILL. Woeful service, will never use this company again.

Why this scores 51
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Private Arrival Transfer: Honolulu International Airport to Oahu Hotels or Cruise Terminal: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Honolulu.
How much does Private Arrival Transfer: Honolulu International Airport to Oahu Hotels or Cruise Terminal cost?
+
Prices start at $75 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Honolulu usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private Arrival Transfer: Honolulu International Airport to Oahu Hotels or Cruise Terminal take?
+
Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Honolulu is not rushed.
Is Private Arrival Transfer: Honolulu International Airport to Oahu Hotels or Cruise Terminal worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 51 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.6/5 across 32 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Honolulu, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private Arrival Transfer: Honolulu International Airport to Oahu Hotels or Cruise Terminal?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private Arrival Transfer: Honolulu International Airport to Oahu Hotels or Cruise Terminal suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private Arrival Transfer: Honolulu International Airport to Oahu Hotels or Cruise Terminal?
+
Around 11 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Honolulu can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Honolulu and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private Arrival Transfer: Honolulu International Airport to Oahu Hotels or Cruise Terminal start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Honolulu within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Honolulu?
+
Honolulu and greater Oahu run on early starts. Pearl Harbor memorial tickets release on a fixed schedule, the North Shore circle-island loop needs a full day, and the catamaran and snorkel runs off Waikiki fill fast in season. We rank on whether the operator secures Pearl Harbor entry themselves and how tight the circle-island itinerary really is. On Outty we rank every Honolulu experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Kevo's Beach Bus Paddleboard Snorkel Adventure North Shore Oahu, Ultimate Pearl Harbor Circle Island, Full Day Oahu Circle Island -Turtle Beach Snorkel at North Shore. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Honolulu?
+
April to June and September to November, between the wet season and peak crowds. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Honolulu?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
