Amazing Day in Oahu Get Out There!
Amazing Day in Oahu! Personalized Hawaii Tour provided a wonderful tour of the island. Noani was professional, knowledgeable, and made the day go by so fast. We didn't want it to end. We saw all the places that other tours went to plus more! I would HIGHLY recommend this tour to everyone! So funny, our friends booked a similar tour the day before through Viator and the operator canceled at the last minute. Our Tour was on time and the Best! Call Tina and schedule this tour. Especially, if you are on a cruise and military. We even stopped at the Navy Exchange! Get out there!
Response from the operator: Aloha Rick!! Thank you for taking the time to write such an awesome review. Thank you for the shout out to our guides and staff. We are so happy that you had a great time on our tour. We'd be happy to see you again should you visit Oahu in the future! With aloha, PHV

Disappointed
Although Antonio was knowledgeable we were expecting to be able to customize our itenarary as per the description. I presented Antonio with a list of places we wanted to see and stop at but he had his own agenda and itenarary and we were left not visiting the things we really wanted to see but rather all the touristy hotspots instead.
Response from the operator: Aloha Cindy Thank you for your review. We tried to reach you by phone and we did not get a response. We were hoping to talk with you to get your feedback on the tour. It it very important for us to understand what may have transpired on the tour so that we could address them. It seems like there was a misunderstanding that this tour is customizable. It is not a completely customizable tour; it is more that we take into consideration our guests' preferences, i.e., historical and cultural, or nature, scenic, beaches, etc. and then we "customize" our existing tour, based on those references - if they have any. Since it is a private tour, it does give us the flexibility to adjust. We spoke with Antonio and we know that he made recommendations and may have included some "touristy" places. But we also know that he did take you to some off the beaten place locations. He told us that you had a list of places you wanted to see and the list was comprised of places that were all over the island. Visiting the entire island on the tour is not possible due to the distances and the traffic. As a result, some of the places you may have wanted to see, we could not get to. Antonio mentioned that you enjoyed the places that you did get to visit. Had we known in advance that you had a list of places that you wanted to see, we could have worked together to try to get them on the tour as best as possible. We thank you again for reaching out to share your experience and your feedback is helpful to us. With warm aloha, PHV

Beautiful tour of Oahu
Fantastic tour of Oahu, Noelani was a wonderful guide and provided great insight on the areas of the island and their history. I highly recommend this beautiful tour.
Response from the operator: Aloha, Thank you so much for your glowing review! It was definitely our pleasure to be your guide for your fun filled day exploring all the beauty of our paradise home. We love sharing the history, highlights, and culture of our beautiful island. We always strive to do our best to add the special touches and personalized attention that make your experience – as we say in Hawaiian “No Ka Oi” – the best! We love sharing our Aloha with our guests and would be honored to serve as your guides the next time you visit us on Oahu. With warm Aloha, Personalized Hawaii Tours

Why this scores 57
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Private Circle Island Off-the-Beaten- Oahu Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Honolulu.
How much does Private Circle Island Off-the-Beaten- Oahu Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $385 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Honolulu usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private Circle Island Off-the-Beaten- Oahu Tour take?
+
Plan for about 7.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Honolulu is not rushed.
Is Private Circle Island Off-the-Beaten- Oahu Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 57 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.4/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Honolulu, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private Circle Island Off-the-Beaten- Oahu Tour?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private Circle Island Off-the-Beaten- Oahu Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private Circle Island Off-the-Beaten- Oahu Tour?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Honolulu can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Honolulu and add a light layer if any part of the 7.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private Circle Island Off-the-Beaten- Oahu Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Honolulu within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Honolulu?
+
Honolulu and greater Oahu run on early starts. Pearl Harbor memorial tickets release on a fixed schedule, the North Shore circle-island loop needs a full day, and the catamaran and snorkel runs off Waikiki fill fast in season. We rank on whether the operator secures Pearl Harbor entry themselves and how tight the circle-island itinerary really is. On Outty we rank every Honolulu experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Kevo's Beach Bus Paddleboard Snorkel Adventure North Shore Oahu, Pearl Harbor City Tour, Ultimate Pearl Harbor Circle Island. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Honolulu?
+
April to June and September to November, between the wet season and peak crowds. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Honolulu?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
