Great Service
Our flight from the USA was delayed by 2 hours, but the driver was in constant contact to assure me that he would be there to pick us up. As we exited CDG he was there waiting and quickly assisted us with our luggage and getting settled into the van. The drive to our hotel was quick and easy and when we arrived, he was very helpful with getting our luggage into the hotel lobby.

Did not meet expectations.
He arrived on time with a well marked iPad He delivered us to the front entrance of our hotel in a timely manner. Also Loaded and unloaded the luggage. In a serious hurry! We had to chase him through the airport to the car park as he seldom checked to see if we were keeping pace. He immediately pulled out, hit another car backing up and just kept going. We used perfume to quench the odor in the car. A taxi was significantly cheaper at 55 euro. we arranged this service at a much higher price than the car service offered by outer hotel or a taxi so we expected better.

Good service attempt, but very overpriced compared to other options.
I booked this because it was our first time in France, knowing what I know now I would book an Uber next time. The driver did not speak English, but its not advertised that they do- so not their fault. They did have very good coordination with timing after customs, especially considering i was nervous customs lines would be 2 hours and they were not that long. for this price point compared to Uber, I am not sure what we paid extra for honestly. The guy did walk us to the car, but I would have figured it out eventually. We paid 3xs less to get an Uber on the way back to the airport & that is what i would do differently if i came back here, just order an Uber.
