Airport Transfer to Alanya
Booked an airport transfer from Antalya airport to our hotel in Alanya. It was easy to find our driver. The vehicle was clean, spacious, had WiFi and we were offered cold bottled water. Couldn’t ask for a better service. Highly recommend!

Worst transfer. Aircon not working in 38C
38 degree + heat and long transfer in a van with broken aircon and no opening windows. No apology given.

Easy airport transfer
Great service from booking to transfer. Shortly after booking we received confirmation through WhatsApp from Metin. He was pleasant to deal with and happy to answer any questions. Our flight was delayed but the driver was waiting outside on our arrival with the booking name on a board. Vehicle was very clean and well presented. Free water for duration of your journey as well as tv with free wifi, which went down a treat with the kids after a long flight. Same for return to the airport, a different driver but top service once again. Would definitely recommend.

A very good and fabulous customer service Exprienced
Fabulous customer service experienced from Sun Transfers on both routes to and from the Airport to the Hotel. On arriving in Antalya the flight was way late by over an hour and so the time i had booked for which was an half hour more from the original time was now way out by almost 2hrs and to make matter worse there's no WIFI outside the airport and so had to use a local taxi guide's phone after a long while trying to get one to then get in touch to Sun transfers through a hot spot. Got to say Sun Transfers arranged some one and this was now over an hour making it 3hrs from the agreed timeline and they sent a driver to pick me up an my family, that was a relief and a good start of the holiday indeed. And again 2wks later Sun Transfers came to the rescue again on our way back to the airport, when we all overslept and forgot check out was on that day and we were only awaken by the receptionist that the Sun Transfer's driver was at the hotel ready to drop us off to the airport four our flight back, with much panic I informed the receptionist that we forgot and told him to tell the ST driver to not worry and leave as we would be making our own way being that we were very late and were not ready all. ST driver had come 3hrs before the flight time a time Sun Transfers had set on their website which really turned out to be the savior of out mishap. And after 40min panic packing all the bags, I headed to the reception with my family to check out and to organise for a taxi to drop us to the airport, being that the hotel was at Konyaalti beach which was just 20-30 min away the airport. It was definitely an advantage in distance to it, something that I always plan and look out for on my travels as part of any accommodation and give and take with traffic would be at least less than an hour away from the airport. And so, getting to the reception to check out and to all our surprise o we were informed that the Sun Transfers driver was still around waiting for us outside the hotel, the driver had not left when I he was told by the receptionist to leave but had stayed around to ensure that he took us to the airport safely as was his task for that morning, that was the best news of all again. And so we got to the airport in god time 25min preciously and we were very grateful to the driver for his patience and the company at large. I would definitely recommend Sun Transfers and will be utilising their services every where I travel to if they do operate in that country. Thank you Sun Transfers.
