They were nearly impossible to find once we landed and never responded to our return request from the resort back to the airport so we had to pay out of pocket for another taxi to take us.

On the contrary, the company was trying to contact you constantly, but we were never able to establish communication or receive a response from you. You should have provided better follow-up on the service, as we had no other way or number to contact you, and this caused many problems and inconveniences."

Transportation Viatour
We had difficulty finding Viatour upon our arrival. No signage at arrival or on the van. It was chaotic!!! Everything went well after we found the van. The driver was very nice. Our return was on time and pleasant. We will certainly use Viatour again.

Edgar is easily one of the best people around. He arrived right on time, his car was spotless, and he brought an incredible vibe. His energy was infectious, the music was on point, and he kept everyone entertained the entire time. took only 20mins from the airport to our hotel. Gracias tigre.
