10/10, would book again!
We had to take a private transfer for part of our trip to the resort from St. Catherine’s. The driver contacted us the day before to confirm our travel and arrival time and went above and beyond to pick us up from a different part of the airport upon our arrival. He was very nice, helped with our bags, and made the drive enjoyable and comfortable. He was also very communicative and punctual. Highly recommend this service.

Disappointed and irritated
It started well and ended in frustration! I have booked Viator many times for clients traveling to Europe and have heard some stories but I just figured the client didn't follow the directions on the vouchers. I tried doing what your voucher said to do but got no response from the supplier. Upon arriving in Jamaica a gentleman was located where the instructions said he would be with a sign with my name on it. Perfect! I was very happy. We came to find out his name was Shawn and he worked for Groovy Tours Jamaica they offer private airport transfers, tours and excursions. He was very nice and helpful and I asked him if he worked for Viators and he said no, he was helping a friend of a friend and, if we needed anything to let him know. Thank goodness he gave me his card because for two days I tried finding out our return pick-up time for our return transfer and the number on the voucher Viator gave to me was wrong. We did an excursion with Groovy Tours on Friday evening and Shawn came to pick us up and I ask if he was supposed to pick us up in the morning for our return transfer. He said no but it wouldn't be a problem. I ask again if he was working with Viator and he said no he owned Groovy Tours Jamaica. He said we weren't scheduled for a transfer with him and he made several calls while we were together. He even tried calling the number on your voucher. It wouldn't work for him either. I even had called Viator earlier in the day and spoke with Mark in Las Vegas who said he would get right on it and someone would reach me with my whatsApp. The only person that WhatsApped me was Shawn from Groovy Tours but again he claimed not to work with Viators. Because he was the only person that reached out to me we scheduled him to pick us up on Saturday and I paid him for returning us to the airport so I would like a refund for my return pick up because I feel like I was either being played or Viator dropped the ball. It all felt shady! He seemed to be a nice man but if this is who you are working with in Jamaica I have major concerns and will not sell Viators in Jamaica. Thankfully I had a different number for you when I was in Jamaica this is how I reached Mark in Las Vegas but again he couldn't confirm anything and said he would email me or text and I didn't receive either. I spent a few hours Friday morning trying to get this transfer confirmed. This was so frustrating and irritating. I can just imagine what my clients would do, I'm sure I would have been receiving a call from Jamaica. Oh and don't think I'm a stupid travel agent, I've been selling travel for 30 plus years and have visited Jamaica half a dozen times. Response from the operator: Hi Kim, hope all is well with you, from your review seems like you enjoy Jamaica, but honesty i also assume its your first time here to check out my Island Jamaica, I could never think your stupid and no one should. because your first time why you didn't understand the airport on arrivals and you didn't follow instructions sent to you on viator and also to your cell. Also you keep using 2 different numbers and at times you probable get the message to the wrong number. Also for departure the operator waited for you before your pick up time and 15 minutes and also call your number but because you were already convince by someone to use their service back you didn't answer him to even have the proper decency to tell him that you change your plans and went with someone else. Good to know all went safely on your return to the airport PLEASE NOTE because possible if something did went wrong you probable would not securely covered by that local operator on their own. I wound book with you coming to Pittsburgh because honestly i would fear that you didn't provide me with the instruction i need and i would have challenge to get to you on your several numbers. Viator is great you just choose to be convince by others easily.
