    Never got my transfer...

Never got my transfer ride with this company money was just taken no ride service do not recommend this service got to the airport all the shuttle service said they never heard of this company

Response from the operator: Greetings so sorry you never got your transfer looks like you booked a ride on the day of your transfer . My response to this review is for the benefit of others who would like to book this transfer 1. Our cut off time as listed on viator is 12 hours before flight arrival 2. Hotels in the Parish of Trelawny are outside of our pick up and drop off radius . Riu Aquarelle is in Falmouth Trelawny not in Montego bay 3 . Money was not taken by us but paid over to an OTA and as of my response to this review should have been refunded in full . 4. this booking asked for a pick up at baggage claim. From my understanding only ticketed travelers , immigration ,customs and other secured pass holders are allowed at baggage claims in international airports 5. For all travellers reading my response please note if you are able to book a same day transfer with any private taxi company around the world a phone number is provided . Please reach out to your transportation provider via Whatsapp or text message or a simple phone call . . Also of note to all travellers this is in no way the fault of miss Keisha we understand and appreciate your review . You were able to book a transfer that should have been honoured . I have reached out to our OTA to have the situation rectified .

Bob Marley Museum tour in Kingston

Where do I start...Steven Blake is an absolute GOD SEND! I traveled with my elderly mom, who was quite nervous about exploring Jamaica outside of the resort. Well, not only did Steven put her fears and worries at ease, he also managed to turn her into an official Bob Marley fan lol. He was so patient, knowledgeable, kind, down to earth and welcoming. Steven truly loves his country and is so proud to show off the island where he was born an raised. He knows the history of the Jamaica like the back of his hand, and can answer ANY question or misconception, that you have about the island. This tour is not just a trip to the Bob Marley museum, but a real authentic Jamaican day trip to Kingston. From stopping to get ice cream, to taking a stroll through Emancipation Park, checking out uptown and downtown Kingston, and chilling by the Kingston waterfront, I was almost convinced that I wanted to move to Kingston, Jamaica lol. There was just sssoooo much to do. I highly recommend booking this tour not just for Bob Marley fans, but for anyone looking to see what the Capital of Jamaica has to offer. Which is A LOT lol. Good vibes, good people, good food, the BEST music, and overall, an AMAZING tour guide. Big Up Steven!! Thanks so much for your hospitality and being a good human being. You represent Jamaica well!

Response from the operator: Big ups and nuff respect .Thanks for the 5 diamond review . Really hope I get to show you lots more of our island paradise in the near future .

    Fun in Jamaica

Mr. Blake of Rasta Taxi is a great tour guide service for the island. I travelled with my husband and he gave us an awesome tour around town during our stay. His professionalism and good sense of humor made the trip more memorable. We will definitely be back and with friends this year to tour with Rasta Taxi.

Response from the operator: Thanks for this wonderful review

Private Airport Transfer in Montego Bay: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Montego Bay.

How much does Private Airport Transfer in Montego Bay cost?

    +

Prices start at $10 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Montego Bay usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Private Airport Transfer in Montego Bay take?

    +

Plan for about 0.2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Montego Bay is not rushed.

Is Private Airport Transfer in Montego Bay worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 60 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.3/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Montego Bay, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Private Airport Transfer in Montego Bay?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Private Airport Transfer in Montego Bay suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 0.2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Private Airport Transfer in Montego Bay?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Montego Bay can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Montego Bay and add a light layer if any part of the 0.2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Private Airport Transfer in Montego Bay start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Montego Bay within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Montego Bay?

    +

On Outty we rank every Montego Bay experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Private Montego Bay Airport Transfer to Negril, Blue Hole and Dunn's River Falls Private Tour from Montego Bay, Appleton Estate Admission Ticket & Distillery Tour with Tastings. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Montego Bay?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Montego Bay?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
