Great!

This was a really nice tour. I was traveling with an older family member and the guide was very accommodating. He was also able to answer all our questions and was very kind.

The best guide

We were met at the airport by Panha. His knowledge & personality was great & we booked him up for our entire time in Siem Reap. During our time there our days were tailored around what we did & didn’t want to see & do. Our last days trip to the floating fishing village will stay with us forever. We cannot recommend Panha highly enough.

Response from the operator: Dear Dianne, How are you and your family? I am grateful for your support my job during your stay in Siem Reap. It was a pleasure to serve you and your friends around Siem Reap. I appreciate your support and kindness. Please have a wonderful day and good luck. Kind regards, Panha

Amazing discovery

We have met Ngun at the airport for a first ride to the hotel. He was very friendly and decided to take a first tour to the floating village following his suggestion. We had a great time and the boat trip was great. We have asked Ngun to meet us the next day and he brought us to the Beng Mea Lea temple. It was a great choir. We highly recommend !

Response from the operator: Dear Silvia, Greetings from Cambodia 🇰🇭. How are you? I hope you and your family are doing well. Thanks 🙏 so much for taking your time to write me review. I appreciate your support and kindness. Please enjoy your time. Kind regards, Panha

A wonderful time exploring Cambodia with Panha

We toured with Panha who has excellent English and a nice clean air conditioned car. He was knowledgeable about the sites that we visited and the history of Cambodia. He shared personal insights and made us feel like family. He respected our physical limitations and focused on our specific interests.

Response from the operator: Dear Julane, How are you and Michael? I hope you both are doing great. Thanks so much for taking your time to express your experience during your stay in Siem Reap Cambodia 🇰🇭. I wish you both stay healthy Ker traveling to see the beautiful world. Sincerely yours, Panha Angkor Cab

Book this tour!!

Panha is a friend you haven’t met yet, but once you do you will feel like you are so well taken care of, with so much knowledge of the area, excellent English and a great vehicle (with cold A/C). If you’ve Never been to Cambodia, it may seem intimidating, but Panha makes you feel safe, special, informed and just like you have family taking you around. You really should just book this, my adult son and I made memories we will NEVER forget! The temples we visited were magical, and so impressive.

Response from the operator: Dear Ray, How are you ? Long time no see and I really hope to see you again soon. Thanks so much for supporting my business during your stay in Cambodia especially rate me so highly. Please enjoy your stay and best of luck Kind regards Panha

Private Afternoon Tour of Siem Reap Sunset Off the Beaten Track: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Siem Reap.

How much does Private Afternoon Tour of Siem Reap Sunset Off the Beaten Track cost?

+

Prices start at $150 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Siem Reap usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Private Afternoon Tour of Siem Reap Sunset Off the Beaten Track take?

+

Plan for about 5.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Siem Reap is not rushed.

Is Private Afternoon Tour of Siem Reap Sunset Off the Beaten Track worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 58 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 8 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Siem Reap, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Private Afternoon Tour of Siem Reap Sunset Off the Beaten Track?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Private Afternoon Tour of Siem Reap Sunset Off the Beaten Track suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Private Afternoon Tour of Siem Reap Sunset Off the Beaten Track?

+

Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Siem Reap can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Siem Reap and add a light layer if any part of the 5.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Private Afternoon Tour of Siem Reap Sunset Off the Beaten Track start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Siem Reap within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Siem Reap?

+

On Outty we rank every Siem Reap experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Angkor Wat Sunrise or Sunset Small-Group and Guide tours, Angkor Wat full Day 'Small Group with sunset & Tour Guide, Angkor Wat Sunrise or Sunset Tour with Guide from Siem Reap. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Siem Reap?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Siem Reap?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
