Core memory made! Will always recommend
Group of 7! 4 adults and 3 kiddos (10,9 and 6) we all had so so much fun! Bryan and Carlos were amazing and funny and took care of the kids and their initial hesitation for doing the zip line . We all had so much fun the kids were so brave and it was honestly a core memory made. I have recommended this place so much already !

Great little water hike and easy bouldering for the family!
The hike is beautiful and our guide was super helpful getting my 9 year old son across tricky or deep bits even giving him piggy back rides through some spots to ensure everyone’s safety. Wear River shoes or shoes you don’t mind walking through water up to knee deep in some spots. We swam in the pool at the waterfall and it was so refreshing and peaceful. You are bouldering and walking in a creek/small river for nearly all of the hike which keeps it interesting and fun the whole way. In July we were the only people on the trail at 9 AM until a few guys showed up to the waterfall just as we were leaving. You will lose cell service just as Google maps guides you straight through a tiny village and Maps will have you going straight to the end of the main road through the town but really we found we had to turn left 1 block before the end of the main road then follow a little cement and cobble stone road up to the parking area for the eco park.
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your experience at the Nogalito Ecopark. Sounds like a beautiful and fun hike, with an attentive guide. It is useful to wear shoes suitable for walking in the water. I'm glad you enjoyed swimming in the waterfall pool! Directions to the park are also helpful. Thanks for sharing!

Excellent
***23/2/23*** Update Our second trip, as great as the first! Javier & Carlos the BEST guides EVER!! Beautiful park, super safe. Today there were 2 young boys, 4&7. The way Javier and Carlos took care of these kids was heart warming. I would not hesitate to take the little ones on this tour. And of course, ALL big kids, too. Go fly with Javier and Carlos! What a GREAT experience! We wanted to try a different canopy tour and I found this zip line course on Airbnb. Roberto hooked us up with Indigo Tours. The price was right, the scheduled time of 3 hours fit our schedule. We stay in Zona Romantica and the driver, picked us up in the designated spot right on time. From our area it was about a 20-minute ride down 200 into the mountainous town of Nogalito. Once we made it to the Nagalito Ecopark, we were greeted by a super friendly crew. They explained the process, gave us safety demonstrations, eased anxiety. This course has 11 lines, each progressively higher and faster. Never once did we feel unsafe. Any fears were in our heads, totally unwarranted. The views were amazing. After after the exhilerating descent, we found ourselves purchasing the photo package and enjoying a buffet style brunch by the river. Authentic all the way down to the homemade tortillas, as in made right there in front us, we were appropriately stuffed and ready to hop on the little bus to head back. We've done several zipline courses and this one ranks up there with # 1. Shout out to Javier, and all others. Sorry I cant remember everyone's name.
Response from the operator: We are constantly working to improve, so your comments make us very happy, we hope to return very soon with the little ones and the older ones too. We will continue to protect everyone's safety.

Why this scores 51
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Private 4 hour Hiking Adventure + Breakfast in Nogalito Ecopark: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Puerto Vallarta.
How much does Private 4 hour Hiking Adventure + Breakfast in Nogalito Ecopark cost?
+
Prices start at $1100 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Puerto Vallarta usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private 4 hour Hiking Adventure + Breakfast in Nogalito Ecopark take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Puerto Vallarta is not rushed.
Is Private 4 hour Hiking Adventure + Breakfast in Nogalito Ecopark worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 51 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Puerto Vallarta, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private 4 hour Hiking Adventure + Breakfast in Nogalito Ecopark?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private 4 hour Hiking Adventure + Breakfast in Nogalito Ecopark suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private 4 hour Hiking Adventure + Breakfast in Nogalito Ecopark?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Puerto Vallarta can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Puerto Vallarta and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private 4 hour Hiking Adventure + Breakfast in Nogalito Ecopark start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Puerto Vallarta within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Puerto Vallarta?
+
On Outty we rank every Puerto Vallarta experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Winner 2026 Downtown Vallarta Food Tour with Vallarta Food Tours, Signature Taco Tour in PV with Vallarta Eats, Food & Mixology Tour:Tequila,Tacos, Mezcal and Agave Cocktails. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Puerto Vallarta?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Puerto Vallarta?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
