This two hour private tour (10 guests maximum) departs at 9:30am, 12 noon or 2:30pm from dock Pantalán No.3 in the Puerto Colón Marina, Costa Adeje in the south of Tenerife. This is an educational eco-adventure with the opportunity to listen to whales and dolphins with our hydrophone, we include the tour photos of the marine wildlife for free and offer our Sightings Guarantee. The boat is a custom built 8 meter whale watching boat with cushioned bench seats and roof for shade.

Absolutely recommended!
We’re so happy we chose this whale-watching tour! It was clear from the very beginning that the crew genuinely loves and respects marine life. The whole experience felt very eco-friendly and responsible — there was absolutely no chasing or disturbing the animals, just observing them respectfully in their natural environment. The crew was incredibly kind, spoke excellent English, and shared lots of interesting information about the whales, dolphins and the local marine ecosystem. You could really feel their enthusiasm, and they made the experience both educational and enjoyable. We were especially impressed that they even collect any rubbish they come across in the ocean during the trip. A wonderful experience with people who truly care about the animals and the ocean. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an ethical and respectful whale-watching tour in Tenerife!

Ion was a fantastic and knowledgeable guide. He was very informative, friendly and took us to where he thought animals were. We were lucky enough to see pilot whales and dolphins. We really enjoyed the tour as a family, and much better to be on a small boat than a big tour. Thank you!

Magic memories made in Tenerife
Absolutely magical morning with Whale Watch Tenerife and captain/marine biologist Ion. From the moment we set off we were surrounded by constant pods of pilot whales, with bottlenose dolphins playing around the boat — my Godson even got to identify individual whales from the fin ID book, which made it so special for him. What set this trip apart was the knowledge and respect. Ion's passion as a marine biologist meant every sighting came with fascinating information about the animals and the incredible ecosystem off Tenerife, we felt like part of it, not spectators. The whole trip lived by the principle that we are guests in their house: no chasing, no crowding, just calm, respectful encounters that the animals seemed completely comfortable with.
