4 weeks Namibia - great trip

We made a 4 week trip through Namibia as a family as a self-drive. We had previously indicated the duration, the approximate route and our budget. Abraham has put together the perfect trip for us. We were picked up by rental car at the airport and taken back at the end. The accommodations are all recommended. There were many more tips for trips, etc. We also booked a day trip to Victoria Falls. Everything was perfectly organized so we didn't have to worry about anything and could just enjoy the trip. Communication went well too. You could reach out at any time and received a response very quickly. I would definitely book again with Abraham and can really recommend Bushbucks Safaris.

Perfect trip and perfect experience

We booked the tour 5 months in advance with Abraham and everything was perfect. Abraham and his team are able to help you with everything. They will check your demands (time, interest, experience etc.) and plan the tour and the car according to it. We had the perfect car for our demands and the best route. We saw so many animals, the big daddy dune and had the nicest lodges. Thank you very much for this incredible experience! We are definitely coming back and will definitely book with Abraham again! All the best from Hamburg, Laura

A dream trip through Namibia

We experienced the incredible fascination of Namibia in 14 days. Abraham has planned us the perfect self-drive tour. We are still absolutely thrilled with this beautiful trip. The accommodations, activities, car, online briefing and communication during the trip were sensational. Thanks to Abraham for letting us experience this. We will be back!

A great trip

Luckily, we accepted the offer to go to Sven's briefing. Here we received valuable tips for our trip. The map, on which our route was precisely marked, served us very well, as the app and offline maps did not always work reliably.

Private 11-Day Tour Self-Drive for Beginners Safari in Namibia: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Windhoek.

How much does Private 11-Day Tour Self-Drive for Beginners Safari in Namibia cost?

+

Prices start at $56667 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Windhoek usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Private 11-Day Tour Self-Drive for Beginners Safari in Namibia take?

+

Plan for about 264 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Windhoek is not rushed.

Is Private 11-Day Tour Self-Drive for Beginners Safari in Namibia worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 53 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 9 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in Windhoek, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Private 11-Day Tour Self-Drive for Beginners Safari in Namibia?

+

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is Private 11-Day Tour Self-Drive for Beginners Safari in Namibia suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 18. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 264-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Private 11-Day Tour Self-Drive for Beginners Safari in Namibia?

+

Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Windhoek can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Windhoek and add a light layer if any part of the 264-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Private 11-Day Tour Self-Drive for Beginners Safari in Namibia start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Windhoek within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Windhoek?

+

On Outty we rank every Windhoek experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Windhoek City Tour, Windhoek Historical City Tour Plus Township Tour !, Half-Day Windhoek City and Township Cultural Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Windhoek?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Windhoek?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
