    Will absolutely be returning

Luis and Mario were the best! Very professional and courteous. The boat was bigger than the pictures indicated and my kids, who are not the most coordinated, were able to walk around easily during the whole trip. During the snorkel portion we saw sharks, turtles, schools of fish and some of the biggest lobsters I've ever seen. The sandbar they took us to had the clearest water and it was shallow enough for even my four year old to stand in. The whole experience was a 10/10 and we will definitely be coming back to Cozumel if only to take this boat tour again.

Response from the operator: Dear Christopher, Thank you very much for sharing such a thoughtful review of your experience with First Lady Charters Cozumel. We are very happy to hear that Luis and Mario took great care of your family and made everyone feel comfortable throughout the charter. It is especially meaningful to know that your children were able to move around easily and enjoy the boat, the snorkeling, and the shallow sandbar. Seeing sharks, turtles, schools of fish, and those impressive lobsters is exactly the kind of Cozumel marine life experience we hope our guests get to enjoy. We truly appreciate your kind words and your 10/10 rating. Knowing that you would return to Cozumel just to take this tour again means a lot to our entire team. Thank you again for choosing First Lady Charters Cozumel. We would be very happy to welcome you and your family back on board anytime.

    Best day on the water!

Highlight of our trip. Boat held all 13 of us with plenty of room. Great food. Awesome captain and crew. Got us back to port in time to catch our cruise. Highly recommend. (Minor issue with the bathroom and the sliding door so the boat could use a little repair but we stayed outside most of the time so it was fine.)

Response from the operator: Dear Rachel, Thank you very much for sharing your review and for choosing **First Lady Charters Cozumel**. We are very happy to hear that your catamaran charter was the highlight of your trip and that your group had plenty of space, enjoyed the food, and made it back to port in time for your cruise. We also appreciate you mentioning the minor issues with the bathroom and sliding door. The bathroom pump issue has been taken care of successfully, and the roller on the saloon door has been replaced. Thank you again for recommending us. It was a pleasure having you aboard, and we hope to welcome you back on the water in Cozumel in the future. Warm regards, First Lady Charters Cozumel

Cruise shore excursion in May, cloudy skies, but no regrets!

We booked this charter as a cruise shore excursion for our family the last week of May. The weather did not look very good at first but we decided to make the most of it and we are so thankful we did! The rain and storms held off but it was overcast. The crew of the Nemo was so amazing and made up for the lack of sun 100%! If I could give them 10 stars, I would. The snorkeling locations they took us to were so good and we saw sooo many beautiful coral, fish, sting rays, and an eel. My 8 yo son struggled to snorkel in the choppy waters in Belize and Costa Maya but the water was calmer in Cozumel and hardly any sargassum. He was so excited to finally see what the rest of us had enjoyed in other locations. The snorkeling guide from our crew keep us close together and made sure we saw the barracudas, interesting fish, the eel, and sting rays. The weather did not allow us to go to the famous sand bar but we anchored near a beach to swim and the kids played on the large floating mat. The crew prepared a fantastic lunch for us and we all are still raving over how delicious it was. I could not imagine spending the day in Cozumel any other way. It was an experience of a lifetime!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much, Jessica! We are truly happy your family had such a great day with us, even with the cloudy weather. The Nemo crew will be very proud to read your kind words. We are especially glad your son finally got to enjoy calm snorkeling in Cozumel and see so much marine life. Thank you for trusting First Lady Charters Cozumel for your cruise shore excursion — we would love to welcome you back anytime!

Best private boat ! So worth it !!

This boat was amazing. Our guides were unmatched. The boat is beautiful, large, guides thru the water. Lunch was 5 stars. Our guide Luis swam us to the best snorkel areas. It's a 6 hour experience worth every penny. When we return to Cozumel we are definitely taking The Nemo again .

Response from the operator: Thank you for the great review and for choosing First Lady Charters Cozumel. We’re glad you enjoyed the Nemo, the food, and the overall experience. Luis and the crew will really appreciate the mention—showing guests the best snorkel spots is what they do best. We look forward to welcoming you back on board with First Lady Charters on your next visit to Cozumel.

Premium Private 47ft Catamaran Snorkel & El Cielo (30p max): questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cozumel.

How much does Premium Private 47ft Catamaran Snorkel & El Cielo (30p max) cost?

    +

Prices start at $2139 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cozumel usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Premium Private 47ft Catamaran Snorkel & El Cielo (30p max) take?

    +

Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cozumel is not rushed.

Is Premium Private 47ft Catamaran Snorkel & El Cielo (30p max) worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 59 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 25 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cozumel, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Premium Private 47ft Catamaran Snorkel & El Cielo (30p max)?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Premium Private 47ft Catamaran Snorkel & El Cielo (30p max) suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Premium Private 47ft Catamaran Snorkel & El Cielo (30p max)?

    +

Around 9 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cozumel can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cozumel and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Premium Private 47ft Catamaran Snorkel & El Cielo (30p max) start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cozumel within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Cozumel?

    +

On Outty we rank every Cozumel experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Jade Caverns and Mayan Village Cozumel ATV TOUR, Buggy, Beach & Snorkel Blast, ATV 4×4+Cenote+Snorkeling+Beach Club+ Lunch+Sabores de Cozumel. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cozumel?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cozumel?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
