It’s called Prague Castle, but it’s actually much more than just a castle.
Prague Castle walking tour is definitely recommended, especially if you don’t want to visit the inside of the church/cathedral. Elias will tell you everything you want to know about Prague Castle, including why it’s called Prague Castle even though there isn’t a traditional castle there. It was a really interesting tour, and Elias explained everything in a way that was easy to follow, even if you don’t know much about Prague’s history. Elias is also really caring. It was about to rain that morning, so he asked us if we had umbrellas and even prepared some extra umbrellas in case we didn’t have one with us. He really likes to interact with the group by asking questions to see if we know anything about the history of Prague. He was also happy to answer our questions and showed us some of the best spots for pictures. The pace of the tour was comfortable, and we had enough time to look around, take pictures and enjoy the views. What I especially liked was that Elias didn’t just give us historical facts. He made the tour interactive and fun, and we learned things that we probably wouldn’t have noticed if we had explored Prague Castle on our own. The atmosphere was also very relaxed and friendly. Overall, it was a great experience! If you’re visiting Prague and want to learn more about the history of Prague Castle without necessarily going inside the cathedral, I would definitely recommend this tour. Elias made it informative, interactive and fun. Definitely worth it!
