A second stop will be in Amalfi, one of the most important maritime cities in Italy, where you will a chance to visit the Cathedral of St. Andrew where an extraordinary cloister is located. After your free time for Lunch, you will continue towards the ancient ruins of Pompeii, the ancient Roman city destroyed in 79 AD by the eruption of Vesuvius. You will discover the daily life of the Pompeian people during the Imperial Age and the historical buildings still preserved.
