A must do
Absolute most incredible way to spend a day on Ischia. I couldn’t believe how quickly the day flew by. I enjoyed every moment, and in addition, the food was incredible paired with a lovely glass of white ischian wine.

Awesome day at Poseidon
Totally worth going for the thermal pools and the beautiful beach! The location is stunning and the food at the snack bar was good too.

10/10 no notes!!!
We had an incredible experience here! The thermal baths were so healing and relaxing. We spent all day here and already can’t wait to come back. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the restaurants had some great lunch options. Overall amazing and highly recommend spending a full day soaking in the hot springs. It’s a very clean, peaceful and serene environment.

Perfect Day
This is a great place to spend the day. We went started at pool 1 and worked our way to the top of the hill where the spring originates. We also spent some time at the private beach. It was an amazing experience. Make sure to bring a towel and sandals. A must stop is the Vino Grotto for lunch.

Beautiful but improvable
Ischia in May would be a paradise. Then one encounters a stormy weekend and fears that everything will turn out poorly... instead, the sun occasionally comes out, and the Poseidon pools, with all their variety of temperatures, become a beautiful place to spend an entire day. To this, one must add the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness (excellent), and the self-service option, with local food at reasonable prices. However, in what would be a panorama of beautiful things, there is a flaw that forced me not to give the highest rating. The flaw is represented by the system of deposits that must be left for any item taken "on loan." And I do not contest at all that there should be an additional payment, compared to the rental fee (there can be), but I find the "how" and a certain vagueness in managing everything absurd. I will try to explain myself. I now go around with a reduced amount of cash; I rarely have more than $50 cash with me, which is more than sufficient in all the situations where I have needed it. At Poseidon, it is not enough because they will ask for cash for the deposit on anything. Not for the rental (a "linear" commercial transaction: I, the customer, "purchase" a service - renting a towel and bathrobe, in our case - and I can also pay with electronic money), but for the deposit. Which, for example, in the case of the bathrobe, is worth twice the rental cost. Therefore, if you "rent" two towels and two bathrobes, you pay $40. But you must leave a deposit of $70. I did not have them, and, of course, there is a solution (there is an ATM immediately outside the entrance), but it should be noted that the entrance is a few hundred meters from the point where towels and bathrobes are rented (so you go back, go to the ATM, withdraw, and return). All of this, if there is a line, takes 20-30 minutes, completely wasted. For an extra charge, there is the "little watch" that you need to access and use some services (like lockers: fantastic not to have to carry coins or bills!), included in the ticket price, which also has a deposit of $5 that must be paid at the ticket office. This deposit can be conveniently paid with electronic money. This explains why I cannot give the highest rating and - I hope... - I would like those in the company who read these comments to draw inspiration to solve the problem (when we complained about this with the staff, we received total solidarity: it seems that this continuous cash flow, which is collected at one point in the facility and returned at another - at the exit, at the ticket office - is also a hassle for them...)

Why this scores 65
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Poseidon Gardens from Ischia including transport and entrance: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Naples.
How much does Poseidon Gardens from Ischia including transport and entrance cost?
+
Prices start at $45 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Naples usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Poseidon Gardens from Ischia including transport and entrance take?
+
Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Naples is not rushed.
Is Poseidon Gardens from Ischia including transport and entrance worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 65 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 8 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Naples, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Poseidon Gardens from Ischia including transport and entrance?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Poseidon Gardens from Ischia including transport and entrance suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Poseidon Gardens from Ischia including transport and entrance?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Naples can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Naples and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Poseidon Gardens from Ischia including transport and entrance start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Naples within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Naples?
+
On Outty we rank every Naples experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Full Day Private Amalfi Coast Tour from Sorrento/Naples/Salerno, Caserta Royal Palace & Gardens Small Group Tour with Shuttle, Naples Pizza and Tiramisu Cooking Class. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Naples?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Naples?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
