What you'll see and do
This is the area where the Home town chacha was mainly filmed. About 18km from Pohang to Yeongdeok, there is Cheongha Intersection that connects Cheongha, and about 1.5km from the three-way intersection, there is Cheongha Market, and the main items of Cheongha Market are agricultural and fishery products, fish, mixed grains, livestock (chicken, duck, cabbage, etc.), fruits (apple, pear, etc.) and other markets. Since the mid-1920s, regular markets have been formed and operated largely by residents of the nearby Ocheon area, but as large markets have been built and transportation has been convenient, the size has been reduced and the population has increased a lot in the early 1990s, and other household goods are traded. If you visit on the day that ends with 1 and 6 every month, you can see the country market that is held regularly. The allotted time for transportation is already included in the total duration

This is where the Home Town Cha Cha was filmed. You can take great pictures against the backdrop of a fishing boat lying in the middle of the park. After looking around the park, you can make good memories on the nearby cafe street. In 2003 to promote the preservation and importance of the Yeongil District project and to use it as an educational center for domestic and foreign technology, an advisory committee was formed with 11 experts in 2004 to design the park in 2005 and build a 1,4762m2 site in 2006. Highly Recommended tour!
This was an amazing experience. We visited not only the filming areas from Hometown Cha Cha Cha, but multiple cultural highlights as well. When we finished early Suyeong took us on a walkthrough of a local market to try some snacks and then to a pottery village to learn about onggi. The entire day was fun and informative and exactly what we had hoped for. Definitely recommend.
Response from the operator: Thank you for joining my Pohang tour. We visited not only the filming locations of Hometown Cha Cha Cha, but also the filming locations for When the Camellia Blooms. We also visited the Igari Anchor Observatory, a filming location for the recently aired Love Scout. At your request, we served you lunch at a buffet restaurant that also offers vegan options. Thanks to your cooperation, the tour ended earlier than scheduled. On our way from Pohang to Busan, we visited Korea's largest pottery village in Ulsan. Thank you for your interest in Korean pottery culture. I hope you make many wonderful memories in Korea.

A K-Drama Experience with Hometown ChaChaCha!
Tremendous experience with a day-long tour highlighting the locations from the filming of Hometown ChaChaCha. Suyang Chang (Busan Uncle) got us to all the locations for pictures, and he was respectful of the residents who lived there. He also took us to some incredible bonus spots, and we had a tasty local buffet lunch, which allowed us to try multiple dishes of authentic Korean cuisine.
Response from the operator: Thank you for participating in my Pohang tour. It started at 8:30 a.m. and finished the tour at 3:30 p.m. We offered a service that other tours do not offer, but we drove you to the top of the mountain where Seonho boat is located. We enjoyed lunch at a buffet restaurant so that you could enjoy various Korean foods. Thank you again for participating in my tour.

Busan oppa is the best. Met my expectations about the tour. He explained about the details of the places we went to. Busan oppa made sure we are comfortable and not in a rush. I will defintely recommend. Thank you Mr. Chang!🙂
Response from the operator: I think it is an honor to introduce the beautiful city of Pohang thanks to the wonderful drama called Hometown cha cha cha. I was happy that you liked the Korean buffet restaurant. It is an honor to arrange your precious time for my Pohang tour. I hope to see you again in Korea next time. Thank you.

Busan and Pohang Adventure
Originally our plan was to spend our whole Korean vacation in Seoul. It was indeed a good decision to add a side trip to Busan and Pohang. The train ride itself from Seoul to Busan, and Pohang to Seoul was a nice and relaxing experience. We had a short but fun holiday to these 2 seaside Korean cities because of our very wonderful and experienced guide, "Busan Oppa". We were able to see Busan and Pohang in 2 days, and our tour was managed efficiently, our pace was good, we were not hurrying. The sites, the taste of the food, the comfort of our vehicle, the smooth driving of our driver, the fun time we had with our tour guide made our vacation awesome and memorable.
Response from the operator: Thank you for joining my drama tour.

Amazing touring experience w with Busan Oppa!
Busan Oppa and his driver, Mr Park had been amazing hosts for our trip to Pohang! Prior to our trip, Mr Chang is very resourceful and responds promptly and fluently (in english) to my questions. Unfortunately, Mr Chang informed us a day prior to our tour that he was unable to come along due to a medical emergency. However he provided us with solutions and and we went ahead with the tour with his driver, Mr Park. Despite of his absence, we witnessed Mr Chang checking in with Mr Park several times a day over calls on our tour progress. Mr Park was very fluent in both English and Mandarin as well, and we had no problems communicating with him. We went to most sites around Pohang. Mr Park was very accommodating and suggested us places for lunch since we weren’t keen on settling ours at Yoon’s dental clinic. We even stop by at a coffee shop overlooking the sea. The view was amazing! Thank you for your professionalism! We enjoyed the tour very much and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Busan Oppa for your upcoming Busan tours!

Why this scores 49
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Pohang One day city Tour : Home town Cha cha cha Drama Locations: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Seoul.
How much does Pohang One day city Tour : Home town Cha cha cha Drama Locations cost?
+
Prices start at $550 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Seoul usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Pohang One day city Tour : Home town Cha cha cha Drama Locations take?
+
Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Seoul is not rushed.
Is Pohang One day city Tour : Home town Cha cha cha Drama Locations worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 49 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 9 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable outdoors in Seoul, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Pohang One day city Tour : Home town Cha cha cha Drama Locations?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Pohang One day city Tour : Home town Cha cha cha Drama Locations suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Pohang One day city Tour : Home town Cha cha cha Drama Locations?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Seoul can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Seoul and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Pohang One day city Tour : Home town Cha cha cha Drama Locations start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Seoul within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Seoul?
+
On Outty we rank every Seoul experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include DMZ Tour: Defector Q&A, Tunnel & Suspension Bridge /Hotel pick up, Best DMZ Tour Seoul: Defector Q&A, 3rd Tunnel & Suspension Bridge, 2026 Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best: DMZ Tour from Seoul. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Seoul?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Seoul?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
