Haedong Yonggungsa Buddhist Temple (Temple of the Dragon Palace): One of Busan’s most beloved and iconic attractions, Haedong Yonggungsa is a rare seaside temple built dramatically along the rocky shoreline. As you approach, you’ll be greeted by peaceful bamboo groves and the sound of waves crashing against the cliffs. The path leads you through a series of stone statues and viewpoints before you descend the 108 steps, symbolizing the cleansing of earthly desires.
