Honest review, don’t feed into the 4+ star reviews

The crew was very friendly and inviting. There was no food on board and drinks onboard was just limited to some beer and some red and blue drinks. Food and drinks at the beach club sucked!! Crap food and some crappy hotdogs with cups of iced water, no bottles. Golf cart rental sucked! $55 for 1 hour drive with the group and 2 stops. Would not do it again!

    Tom Cruise....

We were on the Supercat catamaran, service was great and had also of fun. BUT tom cruise (he never gave his real name for good reasons) led the boat was very rude and disrespectful to single women. He asked everyone who was single and if you were, he made sexual comments to you all day. Tried to get you naked and asked many times if they wanted to have sex. It was so bad the girls kept moving and started to ignore him and he would follow them. Then comes time for the tips if you were single, he was telling those girls to just give him sex and no tip and if you did tip, he was ungrateful (very upset) and only wanted $100.00 bills. The rest of the staff was great and made a good experience. If you can stay away from Tom cruise and the super cat boat.

    Catamaran Isla Mujeres was great

I loved visiting Isla Mujeres with them, it is a great way to visit new places in a completely safe way. I want to come back next year with my friends

Response from the operator: Hello travelers! We are very happy to know that you got to know this beautiful place with us, don't hesitate to visit us again very soon. Best regards Damian.

I honestly would no recommend this tour because to start with there is not much to see and it was a mess since the begin

DO NOT take this tour! From parking to a NOT on time departure, the address given for meet point Incorrect, check in process a complete mess, once you get there they charge you USD20 for docking fee on top of the $75 you already paid, departure time was supposed to be 9:30am (ACTUAL DEP TIME 1 hour later) it’s advertised as Max 40 people and it was more like 80, music super loud all the time, the so called Federal Reef nothing to see only sea weed NOT EVEN corals, liquor onboard disgusting not to talk about the Buffet a complete $ht Show, OVERALL crappy tour. Personnel onboard NOT very nice. For those having their on ride your gonna have to paid US20 for parking and it’s not even on site, the walk is about 20 min. Isla Mujeres honestly nothing to see, stay at your hotel and you’re going to have a better experience.

Response from the operator: Hello travelers! We are sorry that the experience was not to your liking, however the specifications are described on the page where you can see the times and the food we offer, we have not had a complaint as serious as the one you present here, however we apologize if our service was not up to your standards of quality. We wish you the best, best regards.

    Fun cruise

I just wanted to take my son who has physical issue to a cruise. We enjoyed the tour. We didn't go snorkeling but I wondered what they could see for 30 minutes in where were so many boats and close to the shore. Visit to the little town was great. We didn't go on the Golf Cart activities as time is too short. The waitress in the restaurant were nice. Now I want to tell you about the guides. They are greattttttt😂🤣🤣. They're all sincere, polite and helpful. They know how to motivate people to get involved in the games. My son followed the music to move even he couldn't stand up to dance. I believe most all passengers enjoyed the tour. I highly recommend this tour but you have to realize very short time for each activity. I think it would be a good idea to just spend few days in Isle Mujeres to do different activities instead of doing everything in such a rush. P.S. I'm a travel agent myself.

Response from the operator: Hello travelers! We are very happy to know that at all times you felt very integrated with the trip, in that part we are very emphatic and we love to offer lots of fun and that everyone is comfortable without a doubt thank you for taking the time to write your good comments, what we do consider is that you have to read the inclusions of the tour so you can know the times of each part of the tour, Some parts are very short but it is necessary to maintain the safety of our travelers because this trip is done in direct contact with the open sea and an accident could complicate us a lot, so we have the times very consistent with the tour. thank you for visiting us and we hope you come back soon, best regards damian.

Plus Full Day Catamaran Tour to Isla Mujeres All Inclusive: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cancun.

How much does Plus Full Day Catamaran Tour to Isla Mujeres All Inclusive cost?

    +

Prices start at $65 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cancun usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Plus Full Day Catamaran Tour to Isla Mujeres All Inclusive take?

    +

Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cancun is not rushed.

Is Plus Full Day Catamaran Tour to Isla Mujeres All Inclusive worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 58 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 45 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cancun, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Plus Full Day Catamaran Tour to Isla Mujeres All Inclusive?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Plus Full Day Catamaran Tour to Isla Mujeres All Inclusive suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Plus Full Day Catamaran Tour to Isla Mujeres All Inclusive?

    +

Around 16 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cancun can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cancun and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Plus Full Day Catamaran Tour to Isla Mujeres All Inclusive start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cancun within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Cancun?

    +

On Outty we rank every Cancun experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Early Access to Chichen Itza All Inclusive with Valladolid and Cenote Swim, Whale Shark Tour from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Riviera Maya, Small-Group 3 Hidden Cenotes Adventure with Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cancun?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cancun?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
