    The photographer is...

The photographer never came , he let me wait for almost an hour in the street , every 10 minutes he sends me SMS that he is on his way, 10 minutes after his car is broken down and after dsl I will not come I have an impediment.

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your feedback. I sincerely apologize for the experience you had on that day — no one should be left waiting, and I understand how frustrating and disrespectful that must have felt. To clarify for transparency: this booking was made through Viator while I am based in Paris and no longer operating in Istanbul. The session should never have been confirmed on the platform, which was an error on my end in not deactivating the listing in time. Upon realizing the booking, I canceled it within 24 minutes and ensured a full refund was processed. I reached out directly to the client to apologize and offered a complimentary session in Paris. I regret that the communication on the day of the booking added further confusion and disappointment. I take full responsibility for the inconvenience caused, and I am working to ensure this situation cannot happen again. I wish you the best, and my offer for a session in Paris remains open. — Tural

Passionate, fun, friendly guy providing you with great experience and amazing shots!

Tural's photography skills are amazing, but his skills arent the only thing. He is super friendly and comfortable to be with, and knows how to bring out the best expressions of yourself. You can tell that he is passionate about what he does, and he is not the type to cut you off once the set time is over - he takes the time and makes efforts to get the best shots. He was also a great tour guide, taking us to all the different spots where you can get great shots with the Istanbul landmarks and avoiding the crowds at the same time. It was a great experience and we are really glad we chose him for this occasion!

Talented photographer guarantees you best shots!

I'm very much satisfied with his photos. Tural is an artist and has a good skill to lead you smile naturally. If you are looking for an extraordinary record of your travel, this is the right tour. Sultanahmet area can be very crowded and timetaking to move around different spots for shooting. He is friendly and patient to guide you through regardless of the time. Make sure you count in extra hours so that you won't get rushed.

    Can not reccommend

We bought this activity to do during our first morning in Istanbul. When I bought it I was given a meeting time (8:30 AM) and a location to meet. About 2 weeks before the activity the tour operator change the meeting time for 10:00 AM and changed the meeting location. That was to be very inconvenient since we had another tour scheduled starting at noon, but we decided to go ahead even if it meant less time with the photographer. We were not sure about how to locate the meeting location so we left our hotel at 8:30 AM anyway. The directions given were so confusing our taxi driver could not find the meeting place. The location given had a store name and a street address with the name of the neighborhood. We found the store named in the named neighborhood, but with a different street address, we learned this is a chain with multiple location. We got into a second taxi which driver could not find the street address either. We asked some local people who did not know any store at the given street address. WE even went to the first meeting location (which was near) which happened to be a closed coffee shop, with no luck. We (and the helpful locals) called the tour operator at the phone number provided and never got anyone to answer. In short, we waisted precious time during our first day in Istanbul on this wild goose chase.

Response from the operator: Dear Erick! yes that's the fact that the meeting time and place has been changed, you are right about that, I warned the former location of the Peak Hub coffee (Maa Althahab Sirkeci parfume shop) it was replaces by perfume shop. I am really sorry for this issue Tural .

Photoshoot at the city of ‘History’ Istanbul: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Paris.

How much does Photoshoot at the city of ‘History’ Istanbul cost?

    +

Prices start at $130 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Paris usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Photoshoot at the city of ‘History’ Istanbul take?

    +

Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Paris is not rushed.

Is Photoshoot at the city of ‘History’ Istanbul worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 44 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.9/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Paris, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Photoshoot at the city of ‘History’ Istanbul?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Photoshoot at the city of ‘History’ Istanbul suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Photoshoot at the city of ‘History’ Istanbul?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Paris can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Paris and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Photoshoot at the city of ‘History’ Istanbul start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Paris within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Paris?

    +

Paris rewards travelers who book ahead. The headline museums sell timed entry weeks out, the best food walks cap at eight people, and the Seine cruises that are worth doing are the ones that leave after sunset. Everything below is scored by the Outty Ranking so you can tell a genuine local favorite from a coach-tour filler in a single glance. On Outty we rank every Paris experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Louvre Museum Essential Guided Tour Semi Private 6 GUESTS MAX, Louvre Museum Premium Guided Tour 6 GUESTS MAX Entry Included, Paris City Center Free Walking Tour (Tip-Based). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Paris?

    +

April to June and September to October, when queues thin out and terraces stay open late. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Paris?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
