Safe journey
Our driver arrived on time and got us safely from our hotel in Siem Reap to Phnom Penh in around 5.5 hours. Smooth and comfortable with good a/c. He unfortunately didn’t speak English so we ended up using google translate to ask when we would stop for a comfort break.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear that you had a wonderful experience with our travel service. Your feedback motivates us to continue delivering exceptional experiences, and we’re grateful for your trust. We look forward to welcoming you on your next adventure! Safe travels!

Fantastic service
We booked at very short notice a driver for the day from Phnom Penh to Phnom Tamao Wildlife Rescue Center. It was organised very quickly and we appreciated that. The driver arrived early to pick us up and the journey was good. The driver was great while going around the rescue centre and kept trying to find the animals if they weren't easily in sight. We had also pre-booked a driver to take us from Phnom Penh to Siem Riep. Again the driver arrived early for pick up and the journey was good. We had a toilet stop on the way as well as a stop for lunch. Highly recommend; both drivers were very friendly and looked after us well.

Great!
Great service, great driver. Very helpful too. I had a great experience travelling from Siem Reap to Battambang. The driver was very nice!

Very happy!
I booked Phnom Penh-Siem Reap return in a Starex via Facebook messenger (perfectly normal in Cambodia) and paid a deposit via Wing. I received vehicle details and contact number for the driver a day in advance and he turned up about 30 minutes ahead of schedule and sent message to say he was outside for when we were ready to go. Same good service on the return with the same driver. Driver was friendly and safe, and happy to stop for food/toilet breaks/roadside stalls when required. We used them additionally for a trip to Kulen Mountain.
Response from the operator: Thank you !

Excellent Service.
Decided to take a private taxi from Siem Reap (hotel) to Phnom Penh (hotel), instead of dealing with the airport and also tour some of the country. After booking through Viator was contacted fairly quickly to confirm details of booking. Day before departure I needed to adjust time and was accommodated. Day of departure, driver arrived at my hotel early in a vehicle as listed and we departed on time. It was apparent driver was familiar with the area and navigated the roads with skill. Driver was also very accommodating to my request to stop for a break. Was a pleasant ride. Overall a professional company and would recommend for transport services.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your feedback

Why this scores 61
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Phnom Penh: To/From Siem Reap Private Transport: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Phnom Penh.
How much does Phnom Penh: To/From Siem Reap Private Transport cost?
+
Prices start at $70 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Phnom Penh usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Phnom Penh: To/From Siem Reap Private Transport take?
+
Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Phnom Penh is not rushed.
Is Phnom Penh: To/From Siem Reap Private Transport worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 61 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Phnom Penh, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Phnom Penh: To/From Siem Reap Private Transport?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Phnom Penh: To/From Siem Reap Private Transport suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Phnom Penh: To/From Siem Reap Private Transport?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Phnom Penh can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Phnom Penh and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Phnom Penh: To/From Siem Reap Private Transport start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Phnom Penh within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Phnom Penh?
+
On Outty we rank every Phnom Penh experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Half Day Tuol Sleng S21 and Choeung Ek Killing Field Tour, The Killing Field and Toul Sleng Genocide Museum (S21) Tour, Killing field and Toul Sleng genocide museum Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Phnom Penh?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Phnom Penh?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
