Excellent visit: authentic and traditional
Excellent visit: traditional breakfast, in a local restaurant: absolutely delicious, cupcakes: very good. Visit a local market, visit a children's art school with show: absolutely wonderful, tea tasting to finish the morning visit to a cafe. Neara is an absolutely adorable person, she has been taking care of me. She knew how to pass on her culture: cooking, traditions. I'm sure I'll call on her for a future stay. Her little plus: she has some French. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING NEARA

Must do Food Tour with hidden gems!
Neara loves her city and knows how to show it! She brings you to typical local places where you can enjoy local snacks and meals. And, she includes also a little bit of culture. She is funny and thoughtful and knowledgeable about Cambodia.

Breakfast, market and culture tour
Neara was our guide for the day and wow! If we could give 10 stars we could. She took us for a traditional Cambodian breakfast and local coffee, then the markets where the locals go, not a tourist location but what an eye opener. The Academy of Arts we watched and even participated in traditional dance. After the tour Neara even went out of her way to take us to the Russian Markets which wasn't even included in the tour. Highly recommend 👌!

Wonderful morning tour of food, art and culture
We first met Neara in Dec 2023 when she was working with another tour company. We loved her company and the tour. We returned to Phnom Penh in Dec 2024 and we delighted to hear that she had started her on tour. This morning, we had a wonderful experience with her. Firstly it was just lovely to see her again! It's like meeting an old friend. She took us to her favorite breakfast spot and market in the city, followed by an excellent visit to an Arts Academy teaching young people to dance and preserve Khmer heritage through art and culture. And then she took us to a relaxed and hidden Cafe to end the tour. We highly recommend that you see the city through the eyes of a local. She can also tailor an experience to meet your needs. Neara, we look forward to seeing you the next time we are in town!

How much does Phnom Penh Morning Food Tour, Market&Traditional Dance by Tuktuk cost?

Is Phnom Penh Morning Food Tour, Market&Traditional Dance by Tuktuk worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 62 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Phnom Penh, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Phnom Penh Morning Food Tour, Market&Traditional Dance by Tuktuk?

Is Phnom Penh Morning Food Tour, Market&Traditional Dance by Tuktuk suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Phnom Penh Morning Food Tour, Market&Traditional Dance by Tuktuk?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Phnom Penh can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Phnom Penh and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Phnom Penh Morning Food Tour, Market&Traditional Dance by Tuktuk start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Phnom Penh within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Phnom Penh?
+
On Outty we rank every Phnom Penh experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Half Day Tuol Sleng S21 and Choeung Ek Killing Field Tour, The Killing Field and Toul Sleng Genocide Museum (S21) Tour, Killing field and Toul Sleng genocide museum Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Phnom Penh?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Phnom Penh?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
