The property where you stayed is actually considered one of the newest and best available options by Phi Phi standards. However, as we are approaching the end of the season, it is possible that its condition may have appeared more worn or below your expectations. Still, I can sincerely say that you stayed at one of the best available properties on Phi Phi, even if I may not be able to “prove” this in a way that would fully satisfy you. Throughout your experience, we have always responded to you quickly, and all services included in the package were delivered fully and as promised. We do understand that there were some aspects of the trip that disappointed you, and we respect that. However, you have given this tour a 1 out of 5 rating, and I must honestly say that I do not believe this fairly reflects the overall service provided. As you can appreciate, organizing a 2-day / 1-night program of this nature is not a simple operation, and our team genuinely works very hard to deliver the best possible experience for all guests. While we fully respect your opinion and your right to leave a review, I also have to respectfully say that I do not completely agree with such a low rating. All national park arrangements, food and beverage services, and transportation services were provided in full and without omission. If you would consider revising your rating to something a little more balanced, we would truly appreciate it. Of course, we will respect your final decision either way. Heaven on earth, beautiful Thailand
This was a great experience of visiting so many islands with a fantastic tour guide like Yoyo who gave us great info and history of where we visited and nothing was too much trouble, thank you Yoyo once again.

!!!Stay away from this tour company!!!
Stay away from this tour company if you have any food allergies because they don't respect them. The tour guide asked me before the tour started if I had any food allergies, and I told him I'm allergic to chicken. He didn't seem to hear what I said the entire trip. The only meat they serve is chicken for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I had to buy my own food or eat snacks. I contacted the company and explained the situation, but it didn't help because the tour guide, who I thought worked for the company, actually owns it. He was on the tour the whole time. I found out he owned the company when I confronted him on the trip and said, "Hey, I already complained about the food to the company." Oh, really, I was the one who responded to your messages, then he tried to play dumb. All I thought was that you said you like chicken—no, man, we cleared that up before the tour started, but you decided not to keep your word afterward. All he said was, "Oh, I'm sorry like 20 times, saying sorry is not going to fix the food situation," and I told him it's too late now, the tour is almost over.

The guide you interacted with is a long-standing team member, but not the owner of our company. We understand that misunderstandings can happen during stressful moments, and we apologize if anything he said contributed to this confusion. Our company has been operating for 33 years in 18 different countries, and each tour requires the hard work of many people—from captains and crew to guides and ground staff. We take all feedback seriously, and your comments will be addressed internally so we can improve our communication and allergy-handling procedures. However, we kindly ask you to consider that your review focuses only on the allergy issue, while the tour itself includes many other services and activities such as national park visits, lake exploration, canoeing, swimming, snorkeling, and overnight accommodation. one of my favorite things
It was one of my favorite parts, the view is incredible, the tour is great, they support us with an anti-motion sickness pill, which is important since they think about the client, the staff is attentive, always providing cold liquids so we don't feel the heat so much and with some fruits, arriving at the island is beautiful, with large hotels and many amenities, we went to the fireworks show, don't miss it, and we loved a kickboxing fight, and we want to go back!!
