Fabulous tour company
I would absolutely work with Francisco to plan your trip to Peru. He is absolutely amazing. We are just finishing a 10 day trip to Peru and we could not have made this trip without him. Franciso is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and everything that we wanted to do, including Cusco, Lima, and Macchu Picchu, he guided us every step along the way and help to arrange all of our group tours, private tours, transfers And hotels. I cannot say enough good things about Francisco and this company.

The best hospitality of Peru
Words cannot express the professionalism, kindness, spot on point service I received from Machu Picchu Center . Im a flight attendant and I understand service. Honestly , I couldn't have done it without them. Last minute on the fly bookings for EVERYTHING .All ways in touch with me , making sure I was on my train , had a driver to the airport or someone picking me up to take me to my hotel. My tour guide to Machu Pichu took white glove service of me. Navigating not only the ruins, but the twisty streets of Aquas , my luggage in tow to the train station. Thank you Christian . I never felt alone or unsafe on my trip, it was like having a private concierge that truly cared about my well being. Look no further ............you have found the BEST ,Peru has to offer in service.

Best Trip to Peru!
All the great reviews are true. Francisco and everyone at Machu Picchu Center are amazing! I really can't speak highly enough about how wonderful it was to work with Francisco and Machu Picchu Center. When I contacted them, I was overwhelmed trying to plan a family trip to Peru about 5 weeks before we were supposed to go and almost ready to give up. Francisco reassured me that it could still be done, and he took care of everything - airport transfers, domestic flights, tickets, tour guides, trains, buses, and Machu Picchu tickets. While in Peru, we went to Lima, Cusco, Aguas Calientes, Machu Picchu, the Sacred Valley, Puno, Los Uros, and Arequipa. Every guide and driver that they arranged was professional and prompt. When things out of anyone's control happened, they were there to help. The Juliaca Airport closed during our trip and Francisco helped arrange flights out of Arequipa. He also came through quickly with a nice 15-passenger van that could hold our extended family and all our luggage! Our extended family had traveled separately from us, and they were impressed with how quickly Francisco came through. It wasn't part of the original plan, but we had a family road trip in Peru that we will all remember thanks for Machu Picchu Center! Beyond planning and arranging all of these things expertly, Francisco was available for questions about altitude sickness, covid restrictions, vegetarian options, suggestions for hotels and restaurants, and pretty much anything that I could think of. I could text or talk through WhatsApp and they were always responsive. They are also working with the airline regarding the flight cancellation and refund. I wish that Machu Picchu Center could plan all my trips!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for you review. It was an honor to help you have the best experience despite the airport closure. Best regards!

Peru Trip Life Saver!
I wish Machu Picchu Center would organize my day to day life like they did my trip to Peru! From the live chat on their website, to talking to a live agent (huge shout out to Francisco!), to getting a customized itinerary, this tour company really came through! Every thing went as planned! The tour guides and different tours that were arranged for us were great! If you’re thinking about going to Peru, this is definitely the company you want to contact! Everything, literally everything is organized for you! You have access to online support at all times! Francisco, his team, and the tour company’s network of tour guides and organized tours came through 100000% and was a 10/10 experience! Trust me! Contact them for your Peru Trip and much much more!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your review!! We were honored to be part of an enxcellent experience visiting Machupicchu and Peru. Many blessings

Peru Itinerary Preparation: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cusco.
How much does Peru Itinerary Preparation cost?
+
Prices start at $5 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cusco usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Peru Itinerary Preparation take?
+
Plan for about 74 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cusco is not rushed.
Is Peru Itinerary Preparation worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 67 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cusco, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Peru Itinerary Preparation?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Peru Itinerary Preparation suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 74-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Peru Itinerary Preparation?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cusco can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cusco and add a light layer if any part of the 74-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Peru Itinerary Preparation start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cusco within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cusco?
+
On Outty we rank every Cusco experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Sacred Valley Full Day Tour, Peruvian Cooking Class Cocktails and Market Tour in Cusco, Cusco: Rainbow Mountain & Red Valley Premium Day Trip with Meals. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cusco?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cusco?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
