Perfect 8 hr custom Day
Alice was an exceptional guide! She was as so personal and funny. We had a blast! My kids ages 13 totally loved talking with her and sharing their interest. Our driver was phenomenal and the car was VERY comfortable. The driver … excellent 😁. I highly recommend Alice if you take this tour. Not Everything We Bargained For
Through NO FAULT of our tour guide, Yuki, who was very nice, patient and informative, this tour was falsely advertised. We were not able to see all of the tourist spots listed, most importantly, Imperial Palace and the tour did NOT return to the initial meeting point as listed in the description. Having limited time in Tokyo, not seeing the Imperial Palace was a HUGE disappointment, especially when traveling with people who are heavily into history. Having a guide not return us to the initial meeting point also caused quite a bit of stress as the station that we were left at, Shibuya, is exceptionally busy. Thankfully, Yuki was kind enough to show us the way and share with us exactly how to get back to where we initially met which was near 40 minutes away by rail. What we did get to see and experience though, was fantastic. Yuki listened to our interests, took into account our likes and dislikes, and provided us an experience that we will not soon forget. Being English speakers and knowing the bare minimum Japanese, Yuki was easy understand, very personable, and had a great sense of humor. Yuki made our excursion worth it.

It was an amazing experience!! Our tour guide, Mark, was very friendly and knowledgeable on throughout the trip. And he made sure to keep my entire friend group on schedule so we could visit all the best shrines, neighborhoods, and food spots together.
