The company did the right thing and that should count for something
We waited for close 30 minutes for someone to show, all the time thinking this other pedicab company was my reservation (he was rude). After reporting the issue to Viator the company was contacted and they did not argue and gave me a full refund. A person appeared a few minutes later, but by that time my friend had left.
