    My husband and I...

My husband and I completed the 8-day tour of the Balkans with our knowledgeable guide Migen A. He was flexible with the schedule and accomodations for us and provided us with great information on the countries we visited and the region. We would highly recommend him! The difficulty we had was the e-car we were given for the tour. Finding available charging stations and the locations of the charging stations frequently interfered with our itinerary and required long walks by our guide.

    Great trip!

Lovely introduction to the Balkans. Left us wanting more and a strong desire to come back. We were 2 female travellers and felt very well taken care of the entire trip. It was well coordinated and thought out. Gesi was a phenomenal host with great food recommendations in all of the locations we visited. He was flexible and knowledgeable. Gesi made sure we had a one of a kind experience, we are very grateful for this! There was also some car trouble on the first day of the trip but Choose Balkans handled it very well. The issue was not in anyone's control but they still dealt with it very well. They got us a different car and guide for 1 day so we would not miss out on Mostar, Bosnia while they resolved the car issues. Even the guide we had for one day was excellent and provided a tailored experience as a local. Choose Balkans dealt with such an unexpected situation so well including a lot of kindness and apologies from the staff and guide. We were super impressed with the company and the Balkans!

    +

Prices start at $2286 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Dubrovnik usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Pearls of the Balkans from / to Dubrovnik; Semi - Private Tour take?

    +

Plan for about 192 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Dubrovnik is not rushed.

Is Pearls of the Balkans from / to Dubrovnik; Semi - Private Tour worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 55 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.4/5 across 11 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in Dubrovnik, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Pearls of the Balkans from / to Dubrovnik; Semi - Private Tour?

    +

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is Pearls of the Balkans from / to Dubrovnik; Semi - Private Tour suitable for kids and families?

    +

Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Dubrovnik can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Dubrovnik and add a light layer if any part of the 192-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

What are the best things to do in Dubrovnik?

    +

On Outty we rank every Dubrovnik experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Dubrovnik: Game of Thrones Walking Tour, Panorama Zipline Experience in Dubrovnik, Dubrovnik: 7 Caves & Blue Cave Speedboat Tour (4h). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Dubrovnik?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Dubrovnik?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
