    A great day in Oahu.

The Tour was excellent from the start. Prompt pickup at the Airport and went directly to Pearl Harbor for a great experience. On to the Dole Plantation for a quick stop for Dole whip. Finished up at the Polynesian Cultural Center and saw several great cultural presentations. Then it was back to the Airport to head to Maui.

    Summer shows Hawaii

Summer was AMAZING! From pick up and taking photos, to supplying water and giving tips to make the most of our time. They pointed out the cleanest restrooms… essential when traveling with 2 young kids. The shrimp lunch spot was delicious, and the tip to skip the extra spicy option was appreciated as more than one member of our party would have encountered that problem. All of the information shared was wonderful and the dad jokes were great add one.

Response from the operator: Aloha 734jillianh! 🌺 Mahalo for your review! We are so glad to hear you and your family had such an amazing time with us. It’s wonderful to know how much you appreciated Summer's thoughtful touches—from pointing out the cleanest restrooms and family-friendly lunch tips to sharing photos, refreshments, and those classic dad jokes. We’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to them! 🏝️✨ A hui hou (until we meet again)! 🤙

Papa P was a great guide. He went above and beyond by not only providing snacks and drinks but also adding to the experience with personal stories and even showing off his guitar skills. Papa P really cares about providing the best experience he can and was a joy!

Response from the operator: Mahalo for the wonderful review! We’re so happy Papa P made your experience extra special with his stories, aloha, and guitar skills! 🌺🎸

    Overall fun somewhat overpriced

Overall a fun experience. We enjoyed our guide Summer who was very informative and had great energy! We liked the tour but felt it was overpriced. For almost $1000 for a couple food should be included. When we stopped for lunch at the food truck it was not clear that we had to pay which I felt forced to buy and wish it was included. I also wished for more time at the Dole Plantation given that the itinerary advertised the train ride which I was really looking forward to and when we arrived we were told we didn’t have time to ride it and it all felt very rushed. We had the perfect amount of time at Pearl Harbor but Wish we had more time at the Cultural Center because it was so amazing with so much to do but glad we were able to do so much in a day:)

Response from the operator: Aloha Dream 🌺 Mahalo nui loa for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed Summer’s energy and informative guiding, and that Pearl Harbor and the Polynesian Cultural Center were meaningful highlights of your day 🤙 We also truly appreciate your honest comments regarding pricing clarity, the lunch stop, and timing at Dole Plantation and the Cultural Center. We understand how important it is for guests to feel there is enough time at each stop and clear expectations around meal arrangements and itinerary details. Your feedback is very valuable and will be shared with our team for review and improvement. Mahalo again for joining us and for helping us improve. We hope to welcome you back to Hawaiʻi again in the future 🌈🌺

Pearl Harbor, Dole Plantation, and Polynesian Center from Maui: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Honolulu.

How much does Pearl Harbor, Dole Plantation, and Polynesian Center from Maui cost?

    +

Prices start at $480 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Honolulu usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Pearl Harbor, Dole Plantation, and Polynesian Center from Maui take?

    +

Plan for about 9 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Honolulu is not rushed.

Is Pearl Harbor, Dole Plantation, and Polynesian Center from Maui worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 74 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 48 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Honolulu, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Pearl Harbor, Dole Plantation, and Polynesian Center from Maui?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Pearl Harbor, Dole Plantation, and Polynesian Center from Maui suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 9-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Pearl Harbor, Dole Plantation, and Polynesian Center from Maui?

    +

Around 17 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Honolulu can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Honolulu and add a light layer if any part of the 9-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Pearl Harbor, Dole Plantation, and Polynesian Center from Maui start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Honolulu within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Honolulu?

    +

Honolulu and greater Oahu run on early starts. Pearl Harbor memorial tickets release on a fixed schedule, the North Shore circle-island loop needs a full day, and the catamaran and snorkel runs off Waikiki fill fast in season. We rank on whether the operator secures Pearl Harbor entry themselves and how tight the circle-island itinerary really is. On Outty we rank every Honolulu experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Kevo's Beach Bus Paddleboard Snorkel Adventure North Shore Oahu, Pearl Harbor City Tour, Ultimate Pearl Harbor Circle Island. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Honolulu?

    +

April to June and September to November, between the wet season and peak crowds. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Honolulu?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
