OUR BABY'S STROLLER WAS STOLEN On Sunday, July 26, 2026, my wife, our daughter, and I went to spend the day at the amusement park. We spent a large part of the day in the Nickelodeon area, where there were dozens of families with baby strollers. At all the attractions, the dynamic was the same: the strollers were left at the entrance while the families enjoyed the attraction. Throughout the day, we took turns so that one of us would stay with the stroller while the other went on the ride with our daughter. However, at the last minute, around 9:20 p.m., we decided to go on the La Jungla ride all three together, leaving the stroller next to the rest of the strollers, exactly the same as everyone else was doing. When we came out, our stroller had disappeared. With it, they also took the few belongings we had left: a change of clothes, a towel, and other personal items. It is difficult to understand how someone can go so far as to steal a baby's stroller from a family that is simply enjoying a day of leisure. The most worrying thing is not just the theft, but the absolute lack of measures to prevent it from happening. Later we learned that we are not the only ones; it seems that this type of theft has already happened on other occasions. I want to warn all families visiting the park: do not leave absolutely anything in the stroller and, if possible, do not lose sight of it at any time. What outraged us the most was verifying that the park offers no real protection against these types of situations. The cameras do not cover the areas where strollers are left for the rides or, if they do, they are not useful for recovering stolen items. Furthermore, the control of entrances and exits is clearly insufficient: someone can take a baby stroller and leave the premises without anyone asking them for explanations. When we reported the theft, the staff was polite and treated us with kindness, but the reality is that they did nothing to help us. Neither was an effective search protocol activated nor, at the very least, were we offered a courtesy stroller to be able to walk around the park looking for ours. We had to carry our daughter in our arms while we desperately searched for a stroller that never appeared. I do not intend to hold the park responsible for the theft committed by a third party, but I do consider that there is an evident lack of prevention and action. If the very operation of the rides requires leaving strollers unattended, the park should have appropriate security measures: surveillance in those areas, effective controls at the exits, or some system that makes it difficult for anyone to take someone else's stroller with total impunity. A very disappointing experience. Added to this is the fact that the general condition of the park is far from justifying the high price of admission. In our case, the day ended in the worst possible way. We will not return, and I hope this review serves to help other families take extra precautions and, above all, for the Amusement Park to take measures once and for all so that no one else has to go through a situation like this. July 4th at 6:00 PM, we decided to beat the heat at the Amusement Park by taking advantage of our brand-new Bonoparques (dad, mom, and older son). Our three-year-old daughter has had a little growth spurt of 2 or 3 centimeters this summer, so, very efficiently, the kind employees at the gate measured her at the entrance. With total courtesy, they clarified to us that at that time the girl already had to go to the ticket office and pay for her entry. I suppose they assumed that we could afford the expense and that, as "good customers," we would not cause any problems. The fascinating part of the experience came right after: while we were obediently going through the ticket office, we witnessed how another family took advantage of the "oversight" of the same employees to sneak in two girls exactly like mine. I perfectly understand the park's logic: they could not be required to pay for a ticket, lest they get upset. We already know that for certain people who walk around the park as if it were their home, the rules are a mere suggestion and do not apply the same as for those of us who pay religiously. So I want to thank you. With the cost of my ticket, I have the consolation of having sponsored the entry of those two girls who snuck in. The guys at the door, for their part, have already met their quota of strictness for the day at the expense of my family. Thanks to this, I have been able to teach my children a valuable life lesson: that in our life there are indeed rules that must be respected... although it is clear that other parents prefer to pass on to theirs the art of sneaking in with borrowed or non-existent passes. I look forward to your news or clarifications to know if we should ask for the Bonoparques from Their Majesties again this coming year. The Three Wise Men from the East, or if it is more worthwhile for us to learn your "new" access rules.

A pleasant experience
A few friends and I went, and we had a wonderful time. Everything was phenomenal. HOWEVER, and as always in these amusement parks, NEVER forget to have them check the seatbelts and restraints of each ride to verify that everything is okay.

Very fun
Highly recommended, I went to spend the day, and I had time to get on almost all the rides because there wasn't too much of a line, I also imagine that it influenced that I went on a weekday. The lines didn't exceed 1 hour except for the abyss (the most intense ride) which sometimes exceeded it by a little. The rides were very good, in particular I really liked the tronado and the shuttle. I really liked that there were quite a few water rides, I appreciated it a lot because the day I went it was very hot. If I haven't given it 5 stars it's because there were quite a few broken rides and there were no shows, if that doesn't matter to you it is highly recommended to go, plus it has a very accessible price. If you have a free day and you feel like going to an amusement park, don't think twice.
