    Just OK

This tour is hard to find with the directions provided. Many people were late because of this, but the ship was late so we were actually waiting despite being late. For anyone considering this tour, you need to take stairs down to the Seine from the stated meeting point. They also don’t make it clear that the snacks need to be picked up in a booth next door. The tour itself was just OK, but quite reasonable for an overview of Paris.

    There were no muffins or...

There were no muffins or donuts. Brownies, cookies and chips as well as drinks were available for purchase.

Response from the operator: Hello, We are very sorry to hear about your experience. The snacks included with your booking should have been collected at the entrance before boarding the boat. We are sorry that this was missed during your visit. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience, and thank you for bringing this to our attention. Kind regards,

It’s not for kids, you’re literally with everyone else- and snacks have to be picked pre-board w/o warning

This particular booking makes if sound like its for kids. There is absolutely nothing special for the kids. You are with the general population. You’re not told to get snacks before you board so you find out thinking you’d get it on the ride, but no. So they are hungry and thirsty. This booking is to make it seem like your family is targeted to have a unique experience. If they were honest it would say, “pick up box of snacks and head to the boat with everyone else who booked a ticket.” That would be more honest. I hate feeling like this. And this is dishonest.

Response from the operator: Hello Annie, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are truly sorry to hear that this experience did not meet your expectations and that you and your family felt disappointed during your cruise. We understand how important it is for families to have clear information and to feel that the experience matches what was expected when booking. We regret any confusion regarding the family aspect of the activity and the available food and drink options. We always aim to provide accurate information before departure, and we are sorry if the details of the experience were not clear enough in this case. This type of situation is exceptional, and many families enjoy discovering Paris with us, but we appreciate your comments as they help us improve the way we communicate our offers. We would be happy to welcome you again and offer you another experience that better matches your expectations, perhaps a private 3-hour Paris minivan tour, which allows families to discover the city at their own pace, or a Seine cruise with a different atmosphere to enjoy Paris’s most iconic views. Kind regards, Alice de France Tourisme

    Great with kids!

Great experience with the family! 3 kids age 9,7,5. We missed the 17:15 cruise due to a bridge closing, but easily got on the 17:45 train with no problem. The snack box was great for the kids and made the cruise even more fun! Great to avoid the candy bar! Highly recommend

Response from the operator: Dear Sarah, Thank you very much for your wonderful review. We are delighted to hear that you and your family had such a great time on board. We are pleased that, despite missing your initial departure due to circumstances beyond your control, you were able to join the next cruise smoothly and enjoy the experience without any issues. It is especially lovely to know that the snack box was a hit with your children and helped make the cruise even more enjoyable for the whole family. Thank you as well for your recommendation. Creating memorable moments for families visiting Paris is something we are truly passionate about. We hope to welcome you again soon, perhaps on our Canal Saint-Martin and Seine cruise or during a guided excursion to Versailles for another unforgettable family adventure. Kind regards, Alice de France Tourisme.

Chez France Tourisme, nous avons à cœur de faire vivre des expériences à la fois enrichissantes et conviviales, et nous sommes heureux d’avoir contribué à la réussite de votre découverte. Paris Kids & Family Seine River Cruise with Muffin, Donut & More: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Paris.

How much does Paris Kids & Family Seine River Cruise with Muffin, Donut & More cost?

    +

Prices start at $18 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Paris usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Paris Kids & Family Seine River Cruise with Muffin, Donut & More take?

    +

Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Paris is not rushed.

Is Paris Kids & Family Seine River Cruise with Muffin, Donut & More worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 59 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.2/5 across 9 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Paris, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Paris Kids & Family Seine River Cruise with Muffin, Donut & More?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Paris Kids & Family Seine River Cruise with Muffin, Donut & More suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Paris Kids & Family Seine River Cruise with Muffin, Donut & More?

    +

Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Paris can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Paris and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Paris Kids & Family Seine River Cruise with Muffin, Donut & More start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Paris within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Paris?

    +

Paris rewards travelers who book ahead. The headline museums sell timed entry weeks out, the best food walks cap at eight people, and the Seine cruises that are worth doing are the ones that leave after sunset. Everything below is scored by the Outty Ranking so you can tell a genuine local favorite from a coach-tour filler in a single glance. On Outty we rank every Paris experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Louvre Museum Essential Guided Tour Semi Private 6 GUESTS MAX, Louvre Museum Premium Guided Tour 6 GUESTS MAX Entry Included, Paris City Center Free Walking Tour (Tip-Based). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Paris?

    +

April to June and September to October, when queues thin out and terraces stay open late. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Paris?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
