Don't believe everything you read
We were a griup of 6 that paid for the upgraded service. It was advertised as a Subday buffet dinner. It was not and when we mentioned it, we were told we were wrong, even though we showed them the booking and the website that still shows as a buffet dinner. Then they told us it changed. Service was terrible after that as we were ignored for speaking out

Disappointing experience
Disappointing Experience Despite the Beautiful Setting We booked this sunset dinner cruise in Paris expecting a beautiful and memorable evening, but unfortunately, the service really took away from what should have been a special experience. When we arrived, we ordered our drinks and waited over an hour. During that entire time, we watched everyone around us receive their drinks while ours never arrived. We eventually had to call the server over and let him know that our drinks had never been delivered. He said, “Okay, let me go get them.” We then waited another 30 minutes before finally receiving them. To make matters worse, the server then claimed that those were our second drinks, when they were actually the first and only drinks we had received. I spoke with the manager, who was very polite and offered to remove the drinks from our bill. I appreciated her being courteous, but that was not really the point. The issue was never the cost of the drinks—it was the experience. We were there to enjoy a nice dinner and watch the sunset in Paris, but while everyone else was enjoying their drinks, we were left waiting and trying to get someone’s attention. The experience with our child was also disappointing. We paid full price for his meal, so I expected him to receive full service as well. I literally had to ask the server what food options were available for him, and his reaction made it feel as though I was asking for something complimentary. I wasn’t. We paid full price and simply expected the meal and service that came with it. Then, when it was time to check out, we were shocked to see that we were being charged for four drinks, even though we had only received two. When I asked for the incorrect charges to be removed, the server seemed frustrated and had an attitude about it. The sunset and views were beautiful, but unfortunately, the service overshadowed what should have been a special evening in Paris. We weren’t looking for anything extraordinary—just attentive service, accurate billing, and the experience we paid for. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because with a beautiful setting like this, the service should match the experience.
