    Terrible experience!

Unfortunately, I cannot rate it at zero or even negative. Guide did not show up!! Tripadviser did not inform me ahead of time that tour is not available or was cancelled. When I called tour operator their phone was disconnected. When I called Tripadvisor, agent called tour operator and confirmed that their phone is disconnected. Terrible experience and lost time on vacation

Clearly a scam by Tourr.com and Trip advisor. Read review and don’t book with Trip Asvisor

Terrible experience. Booked Eiffel Tower summit with trip advisor.for our daughter’s 18th birthday. Got a watsap message from 3rd party operator ‘Tourr.com’ to say 4pm booking was cancelled was now at 7:30pm, nothing from trip advisor, no emails no text messages and booking still showing on Tripadvisor App. Went to 3rd party meeting point at 4pm to see if anybody was there. Checked the trip advisor App and no booking there, it was in ‘cancelled’ bookings. Tried to call 3rd party ‘Tourr.com’ on number provided. No answer. Received a message to say it will be refunded in 5 days. Clearly a scam, no tickets purchased by Tourr.com obviously otherwise they would have offered alternatives or to collect tickets if guide was unable to attend etc. they have had my £200+ for 3 months and now intend on keeping it another 5 days. I wonder how much interest they have made on my booking including everybody else they have obviously let down. Probably enough to pay Trip Advisor commission I’m sure and a bit in their pocket .Last ever trip advisor booking from me. Just hope I see my refund soon and glad I didn’t book it for a proposal at the top!

Response from the operator: Thank you for bringing this situation to our attention, and we are deeply sorry to hear about this experience, especially on such a special occasion as your daughter’s 18th birthday. We completely understand your frustration regarding the sudden cancellation, lack of clear communication, and the distress caused while trying to meet your group for the Eiffel Tower guided tour. Our goal is always to provide reliable bookings and transparent service, and receiving conflicting updates about your reservation falls far short of that standard. While refunds are processed through standard banking channels which can take a few business days, we take concerns about merchant practices very seriously and are escalating this internally to review how this booking was managed. Please reach out directly to our support team with your booking reference so we can monitor your refund status and assist you further.

    Avoid this tour operator.

The guide did not show up. We were not notified in advance that the tour had been cancelled. As a result, we arrived 30 min early and waited 30 min more for nothing. We had to contact TripAdvisor directly to try to get a refund as the operator was not responding. We have yet to receive a full refund. Horrible business operation for innocent travellers hoping to spend hard-earned money on a once in a lifetime experience. Avoid this tour period.

Response from the operator: Thank you for bringing this unacceptable situation to our attention. We are deeply sorry to hear that your guide failed to show up, that you received no prior notice of cancellation, and that you were left waiting without any response from the tour operator. We fully recognize how frustrating and disappointing this is, especially when planning a once-in-a-lifetime experience on a hard-earned budget. A total lack of communication, missing guides, and delayed refunds are severe operational failures that run completely counter to the service we strive to provide. Because your tour was not delivered and your initial refund request remains unresolved, we strongly urge you to contact our customer support management team with your booking reference details. We will prioritize and escalate your case immediately to ensure your full refund is processed and that this third-party operator failure is thoroughly investigated.

Paris Eiffel Tower Guided Tour by Stairs with Summit Option: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Paris.

How much does Paris Eiffel Tower Guided Tour by Stairs with Summit Option cost?

    +

Prices start at €40 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Paris usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Paris Eiffel Tower Guided Tour by Stairs with Summit Option take?

    +

Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Paris is not rushed.

Is Paris Eiffel Tower Guided Tour by Stairs with Summit Option worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 45 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (1/5 across 3 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Paris, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Paris Eiffel Tower Guided Tour by Stairs with Summit Option?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Paris Eiffel Tower Guided Tour by Stairs with Summit Option suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Paris Eiffel Tower Guided Tour by Stairs with Summit Option?

    +

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Paris can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Paris and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Paris Eiffel Tower Guided Tour by Stairs with Summit Option start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Paris within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Paris?

    +

Paris rewards travelers who book ahead. The headline museums sell timed entry weeks out, the best food walks cap at eight people, and the Seine cruises that are worth doing are the ones that leave after sunset. Everything below is scored by the Outty Ranking so you can tell a genuine local favorite from a coach-tour filler in a single glance. On Outty we rank every Paris experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Paris City Center Free Walking Tour (Tip-Based), Louvre Museum Premium Guided Tour 6 GUESTS MAX Entry Included, Louvre Museum Essential Guided Tour Semi Private 6 GUESTS MAX. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Paris?

    +

April to June and September to October, when queues thin out and terraces stay open late. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Paris?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
