The cruise was fine, not...
The cruise was fine, not much time spent on the canal, but the Seine part was good. Our tour guide, a lovely young lady, was very difficult to understand. Her English is better than my French, in her defense, but we missed a large portion of the narrative.

What a waste!
There was a delay of 15 minutes because of the locks. Then we went into the canal and proceeded moving through a tunnel for 30 minutes emptying into the Seine. There was nothing to see from the canal because we were in a tunnel the entire time. The guide spoke 10-20 minutes in French. Then switching to English for 20 seconds which was indecipherable anyway. Terrible disappointment.

Confusing day
The meeting place they gave us up to the day of the cruise was incorrect and therefore when I called the office to find out where our tour guide or boat dock was, they said well you’re at the wrong place and they also said they sent me a message. They NEVER sent me a message with the location change. I asked if the captain would wait for us and she said no, so we ((2 elderly people) ran to catch the cruise but by the time we got there the boat was just pulling put. We begged the Captain to let us on since he was so close to the dock and he finally did, but it was not worth it as the girl who was the narrator or Tour guide spoke mainly in French and by the time she spoke in English we had already missed the site she was referring to. The canal loch is very original and interesting but overall the cruise was not beneficial. Since we had been in Paris for a week already we could identify the iconic sites ourselves but if we had just arrived in Paris , we would have been lost..

Wrong Address, Viator. Thanks a lot!
Viator gave me the WRONG ADDRESS and I missed this completely. Then the tour provider charged me to reschedule. Insult to injury. I will go tomorrow because I really wanted to do this tour. Not sure what my advice would be to avoid this happening- good luck everyone
