An entirely different view of Paris
The only complaint was that the WiFi on the boat was never strong enough for us to load the program they had us use their QR code to get. Other than that it was a great trip and I was able to get some good photos of Notre Dame from the water—we had not been able to get near it all week and this was a bucket list item we had pretty much given up on. I’d recommend this tour highly.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're so glad to hear that you had a great time on the Seine River Cruise and were able to check Notre Dame off your bucket list with that perfect view! We’re sorry about the WiFi issue on the boat and appreciate your patience. Hopefully, it didn’t take away from the overall experience too much. Thanks for the recommendation, and we hope you get to explore even more hidden gems in Paris next time! 🚤📸

Ruined by lack of management staff to oversee bad behaviours
Totally ruined by Instagram Influencers (or people like that) who posed against the rails for photos taken by their entourage and got in everyones' way of the views. One eastern person and his "photographer" friends even asked sightsee-ers sitting there happily enjoying the view, to move out the way of their screenshot. This happened multiple times and there were no crew to stop this. People also stood blocking views, notable people who later turned out to be bus tour guides (!), who had cameras on high poles and they stood there blocking everyone's views. Will not recommend this to anyone if this sort of behaviour goes unchecked.
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear that your tour was disrupted by such behavior. We understand how frustrating it can be when others interfere with your enjoyment. We take your feedback seriously and will work on improving the management and oversight to ensure a more pleasant experience for all guests. We appreciate your input and hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future.

River tour
Not impressed with the is tour. Captain barely came on and when he did very little information was shared about the city. Guided tour for listening was stupid facts and very cheesy. Also too bad we couldn’t sit up top.
Response from the operator: Dear Libby_D, we're sorry to hear that the tour didn't meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback regarding the commentary and seating arrangements, and we'll take it into account to improve the experience. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

Unhappy customer
When ticket says a time, it doesn’t mean anything. Everyone waits in the same line to get onto the cruise. The staff is rude and will split up families. I would rather visit the monuments then taking the cruise.
Response from the operator: We’re sorry to hear that your experience was not up to expectations. We appreciate your feedback and will address the issues you raised regarding ticketing, staff behavior, and seating arrangements. Your comments are valuable as we strive to improve our services. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

Very disappointed
Did not receive our tickets did not open the app nor could they do it at the Louvre and I had to re-purchase tickets
Response from the operator: We’re really sorry to hear about the issues you faced with your tickets. That’s definitely not the experience we want for our customers. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’ll work to address the issues with the app and ticketing process. Thank you for your feedback, and we hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future.

Paris City Tour by Seine River Cruise: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Paris.
How much does Paris City Tour by Seine River Cruise cost?
+
Prices start at €21 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Paris usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Paris City Tour by Seine River Cruise take?
+
Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Paris is not rushed.
Is Paris City Tour by Seine River Cruise worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 39 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.1/5 across 15 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable food & drink in Paris, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Paris City Tour by Seine River Cruise?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Paris City Tour by Seine River Cruise suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Paris City Tour by Seine River Cruise?
+
Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Paris can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Paris and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Paris City Tour by Seine River Cruise start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Paris within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Paris?
+
Paris rewards travelers who book ahead. The headline museums sell timed entry weeks out, the best food walks cap at eight people, and the Seine cruises that are worth doing are the ones that leave after sunset. Everything below is scored by the Outty Ranking so you can tell a genuine local favorite from a coach-tour filler in a single glance. On Outty we rank every Paris experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Paris City Center Free Walking Tour (Tip-Based), Louvre Museum Premium Guided Tour 6 GUESTS MAX Entry Included, Louvre Museum Essential Guided Tour Semi Private 6 GUESTS MAX. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Paris?
+
April to June and September to October, when queues thin out and terraces stay open late. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Paris?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
What is included in Paris City Tour by Seine River Cruise?
+
Included: All Fees and Taxes; Audio commentary available in multiple languages; and 1 hour seine river cruise. Not included: Foods and Drinks; and Hotel pick-up and drop-off. Always check the voucher for the final list before you travel.
What languages is Paris City Tour by Seine River Cruise offered in?
+
It is offered in Arabic, German, Russian, Portuguese, Korean, Japanese, English, Chinese, Italian, French, Dutch and Spanish. Pick your language when choosing a date and time, as not every departure runs in every language.
Will I get instant confirmation and a mobile ticket for Paris City Tour by Seine River Cruise?
+
