Felt Completely Safe as Female Travelers

As female travelers, safety was our biggest concern before booking, but the guide was amazing. He was always present, made sure everyone stayed together, and regularly checked that we were comfortable and having a good time. The atmosphere felt safe, friendly, and respectful throughout the night. We met great people, had lots of fun, and would definitely recommend it to other women visiting Paris.

Fantastic Night Out in Paris!

Booked the pub crawl online and everything went smoothly. The meeting point was easy to find, the guide was there on time, and the group was well organized. We had a great night meeting people from around the world and exploring Paris nightlife. A fun and memorable experience that was definitely one of the highlights of our trip.

Paid for a pub crawl that never existed, and no response all night from the event operator.

Purchased our tickets online for a pub crawl in central Paris. Received tickets in email with instructions to meet the crawl at a specific pub at a specified address for 10PM. We traveled across the city to this exact location and found two tables of people, neither of which was the pub crawl group. We asked at the bar, and were told a pub crawl came thru “about two hours ago”. I immediately tried to contact our event organizer via ALL of the methods they provided — phone, text, email, and their own chat page. However, we received no response on any of these. Phone went straight to voicemail. Text was ignored. Email never received a response, and my messages on their chat page just went unanswered for over an hour… before we finally gave up and contacted our credit card company to initiate a charge dispute, which required us to submit all documents received along with detailed explanations as to how this all unfolded. This was our LAST night in Paris and we had hoped to make it memorable with a fun night out meeting new people. It fell flat on its face, and we spent our last night in this city dealing with a tour operator/group that was essentially non-existent and then wasting the rest of the night going thru a charge dispute process in hopes of trying to recover the money this tour charged us and then sent us on a wild goose chase for nothing.

Response from the operator: We’re sorry you didn’t manage to join the group, especially on your last night in Paris. However, the pub crawl did take place as scheduled, and all 15 other participants successfully found the guide and joined the experience without issue. The group was checked in at the exact meeting point indicated in the ticket instructions before moving on to the next venue. The bartender was aware of the crawl and even informed you that the group had already passed through, so asking a few more details at that moment likely would have helped you locate the group quickly. We also kindly remind participants to arrive on time to ensure they can check in smoothly and join the group before it moves to the next venue. We also checked our records and did not receive any missed calls or messages during the check-in period. Unfortunately, once the group leaves the first venue, it becomes difficult to reconnect late arrivals in a busy nightlife environment. We genuinely regret the misunderstanding, but the event itself operated normally as planned. As the activity was delivered as scheduled and no operational issue occurred on our side, no refund will be issued in this case.
