Trip anaceldd no warning
Im waiting for a full refund as assured by Frederick. I had talked via the app only 50 minutes before our pick up time and nothing was mentioned. I took a taxi all the way to the meeting point. Upon arrival I was told the boat tour was not possible due to the river being too high. Why dwas this not communicated before hand? Now I had to pay a taxi both ways and waist hours.
Response from the operator: Hello Michelle, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand how disappointing it must have been to have your night tour and Seine river cruise cancelled, especially after you had been looking forward to it. Unfortunately, due to heavy flooding on the Seine, it was unsafe to operate the cruise that evening. Although we checked with the boat company earlier in the day, they did not yet have information on the cancellation. However, safety is always our top priority, and as flooding is beyond our control, we had to follow the boat company’s decision to suspend service. Regarding transportation, all of our pick-up locations are within Paris, and we are unable to arrange pickups outside of the city. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend confirming this detail before arriving. As you mentioned, our team member Frédéric provided you with two options when we contacted you : either to continue with the tour and use the cruise tickets another day or to receive a full refund. You opted for the refund, which we issued immediately and without hesitation. We regret that this experience fell short of your expectations, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back under better circumstances. Kind regards From Paris.

Paris je’ taime
Paris is always beautiful with so much to experience. Preparing for the Olympics, there was understandably lots of construction that blocked some parks and views but the Seine River has never looked cleaner. The Eiffel Tower area is blocked off, assuming for security reasons. We did and still do have an issue with Avis car rental claiming we damaged their van despite having video of existing damage. There was also a confrontation at the Avis counter when an older couple was rescued their pre-paid car.

Boat just ok. Pick up guide AWESOME and knowledgeable.
Guide that picked us up at hotel was awesome. Boat ride very scenic but no narration have no idea what we were looking at. Also going too fast to take pictures.

Must do Experience in Paris!
Fred, our driver and guide was superb! His knowledge of the known and unknown sites of Paris was so informative! His likeable personality made the tour engaging and outstanding! We saw all the important sites at night with lights that certainly made them come alive. This "city of lights" tour makes Paris memorable! The seine cruise included was fantastic! Bridges aglow with statues that seemed to come alive in the glow from the lights. Must do tour with guide Fred in Paris!

Great evening tour of Paris!
We had an outstanding tour with Julien. It was our last night in Paris so he brought us to see all the sights we had not gotten to see. He was so knowledgeable and really brought the history together for us with his graphics and iPad. The Seine River cruise was wonderful. It was great to be dropped off and picked up from the cruise on a very cold night. I highly recommend Julien.
Response from the operator: Dear Mary_B, We are really happy to read that you enjoyed your tour of Paris By Night with Seine River Cruise. Our customer’s satisfaction is our top priority! Thank you for sharing your comment about your guide, we will pass your kind feedback to Julien so he can know about your satisfaction. Be assured that our guides do theirs best to provide you an unforgettable trip. We would be happy to welcome you again on one of our tours. Thank you for trusting us. Warm regards, Nicolas J.

Why this scores 58
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Paris By Night with Seine River Cruise and Roundtrip Luxury Transportation: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Paris.
How much does Paris By Night with Seine River Cruise and Roundtrip Luxury Transportation cost?
+
Prices start at $30 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Paris usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Paris By Night with Seine River Cruise and Roundtrip Luxury Transportation take?
+
Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Paris is not rushed.
Is Paris By Night with Seine River Cruise and Roundtrip Luxury Transportation worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 58 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Paris, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Paris By Night with Seine River Cruise and Roundtrip Luxury Transportation?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Paris By Night with Seine River Cruise and Roundtrip Luxury Transportation suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Paris By Night with Seine River Cruise and Roundtrip Luxury Transportation?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Paris can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Paris and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Paris By Night with Seine River Cruise and Roundtrip Luxury Transportation start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Paris within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Paris?
+
Paris rewards travelers who book ahead. The headline museums sell timed entry weeks out, the best food walks cap at eight people, and the Seine cruises that are worth doing are the ones that leave after sunset. Everything below is scored by the Outty Ranking so you can tell a genuine local favorite from a coach-tour filler in a single glance. On Outty we rank every Paris experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Louvre Museum Essential Guided Tour Semi Private 6 GUESTS MAX, Louvre Museum Premium Guided Tour 6 GUESTS MAX Entry Included, Paris City Center Free Walking Tour (Tip-Based). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Paris?
+
April to June and September to October, when queues thin out and terraces stay open late. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Paris?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
