Great experience! Very...
Great experience! Very convenient for sightseeing. The only inconvenience was that not all the buses have A/C. The drivers they speak more than one language, therefore easy communication.
Response from the operator: Hello Clorinda! Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to learn that not every bus was equipped with A/C. Please remember that if you encounter this issue, you can inform the bus driver so they can address it. We look forward to welcoming you back soon! Best, Ana from Big Bus Tours.

The bus was not easy to...
The bus was not easy to find and stopped and sat without even saying why or if they were leaving again. The River cruise wasnt bad but so many people were put on one boat and they all wanted on the top with no one saying there were to many up there so we were packed like sardines and sometimes it was very hard to see anything because of the people standing up in front of everyone because there wasnt enough seating. It was super uncomfortable
Response from the operator: Hello, Carol! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are truly sorry to hear that your tour in Paris fell short of your expectations and caused so much discomfort. We apologize for the frustration caused by the difficulty in finding bus stops and the unexplained delays. Our drivers should always keep passengers informed when a bus is pausing at a timed stop or changing shifts, and we are sharing this feedback with our Paris operations team to ensure better communication onboard. Regarding the Seine river cruise, we are deeply concerned to hear about the overcrowding and lack of seating management on the upper deck. Passenger comfort and safety are essential, and the onboard staff should actively manage passenger movement so that everyone can enjoy the views comfortably. We will be passing your comments directly to the boat operator to review their boarding procedures and seating management. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention. Your feedback is crucial in helping us address these operational issues with our local partners. Maria@BigBusToursCustomerCare

Incredible
We had a wonderful experience with the Big Bus Tour in Paris! Everything was well organized, and the route was a great way to see the city’s most famous landmarks. A special thank you to our driver sohaila, who made the experience even better. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and always smiling. She welcomed everyone warmly as they got on the bus, creating such a positive and inviting atmosphere from the very beginning. Her cheerful attitude and professionalism really stood out and made our tour even more enjoyable.

Paris hop on-hop off plus the Seine river cruise is the way to go!
The bus and cruise together give you a great overview of Paris. Once both of those are complete, you can then determine the landmarks or arrondissements to which you wish to spend more time. I highly recommend this combo tour. The info on the bus is everything you need!
Response from the operator: Hi! Thank you so much for sharing your fantastic feedback! We are thrilled to hear that the combination of the tour and the cruise gave you such a great overview of Paris. You made an excellent point—using the loop to get your bearings before deciding which landmarks and arrondissements to explore deeper is the perfect way to travel! We are also glad to hear that the on-board commentary provided everything you needed. Thank you for the high recommendation, and we hope to welcome you on board again on your next trip! Why this scores 51
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Paris Big Bus Hop-on Hop-off and Seine River Cruise: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Paris.
How much does Paris Big Bus Hop-on Hop-off and Seine River Cruise cost?
+
Prices start at $29 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Paris usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Paris Big Bus Hop-on Hop-off and Seine River Cruise take?
+
Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Paris is not rushed.
Is Paris Big Bus Hop-on Hop-off and Seine River Cruise worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 51 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.5/5 across 86 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Paris, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Paris Big Bus Hop-on Hop-off and Seine River Cruise?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Paris Big Bus Hop-on Hop-off and Seine River Cruise suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Paris Big Bus Hop-on Hop-off and Seine River Cruise?
+
Around 30 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Paris can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Paris and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Paris Big Bus Hop-on Hop-off and Seine River Cruise start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Paris within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Paris?
+
Paris rewards travelers who book ahead. The headline museums sell timed entry weeks out, the best food walks cap at eight people, and the Seine cruises that are worth doing are the ones that leave after sunset. Everything below is scored by the Outty Ranking so you can tell a genuine local favorite from a coach-tour filler in a single glance. On Outty we rank every Paris experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Louvre Museum Essential Guided Tour Semi Private 6 GUESTS MAX, Louvre Museum Premium Guided Tour 6 GUESTS MAX Entry Included, Paris City Center Free Walking Tour (Tip-Based). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Paris?
+
April to June and September to October, when queues thin out and terraces stay open late. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Paris?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
